Ünye Kız Öğrenci Yurdu'nun Deprem Performansının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

iÖZETBu çalışma, mevcut yapıların deprem davranışlarının belirlenmesine yönelikbazı metot ve uygulamalar içermektedir. Özellikle gelişmiş ülkelerin bu konudayaptıkları çalışmalar baz alınarak, ülkemizde bulunan mevcut yapıların süratli birşekilde nasıl değerlendirilebileceğinden bahsedilmiştir. Öncelikli olarak bir deprembilgi altyapısının oluşturulmasından ve bu aşamadan sonra riskin yüksek olduğubölgelerden başlanılarak yapıların deprem davranışlarının tespitinde sırasıyla, hızlıdavranış değerlendirme, davranış değerlendirme , deprem indeksi değerlendirme velineer olmayan analiz yöntemleriyle yapıların incelenmesinden bahsedilmiştir. Tüm buçalışmaların başlangıç adımını ise yapının yerinde incelenmesi teşkil etmektedir.Örnek olarak incelenen yapıda, öncelikle yapının yerinde incelemesi yapılmıştır.Yapının projesi incelenmiş, gerekli testler ve ölçümler yapılmıştır. Tüm buyapılanlardan sonra yapının sayısal ve fiziksel analizleri bilgisayar ortamında ilgiliyönetmelikler göz önüne alınarak yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, yapının depremdayanımının yeterli olmadığına ve yapının ilgili yönetmeliklere uymadığına kararverilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Deprem, betonarme, sismik, bina, değerlendirme

ABSTRACTThis study includes some methods and applications to determine the influence ofearthquakes of existing buildings. Especially, taking the studies of developed countrieson this subject into account, we tried to determine the ways to evaluate the existingbuildings in our country. First of all we described the need of forming an earthquakedata base and then beginning from the highly risky areas, fort he establishment ofearthqake effects, in turns fast effect evaluation, effect evalutaion, earthquake indexevalutaion and the examination of the buildings through anti-lineer static analysismethods have been mentioned The first step to start such a study is the examination ofthe building in its site.We firstly examined the sample building in its site. After examining the Projectof the building, we realized the necessary tests and measures on its site. After thecomputation of all these above mentioned issues, the numerical and physical analysis ofthe building have been carried out on computer media taking the related.Instrustions into consideration. As a consequence, we came to the conclusionthat the building didn?t have a suitable earthquake durability and that the buildingsdidn?t fit to the related instructions.Key Words: Earthquake, rainforced concrate, sismic, building, evaluation
