Publication: Ureteral Injury Secondary to Lumbar Disc Operation in a Patient with Solitary Kidney
Abstract
We present an iatrogenic ureteric injury diagnosed live months after a lumbar disc operation in a 42 year-old woman with solitary kidney. We excised the injured segment of the ureter and performed a uretero-ureterostomy.
