İbn Hazm'da Politik Teoloji ve İmâmet Nazariyesi

Abstract

Din ve siyâset tarih boyunca toplumların dizayn edilmesinde etkili olan iki önemli olgu olarak karşımızda durmaktadır. İslâm tarihinde meydana gelen ilk siyâsi ayrılıklarda ve akabinde birçok itikâdî mezhebin ve düşüncenin oluşmasında siyâset, etkili bir alan oluşturmaktadır. Ele aldığımız 'İbn Hazm'da Politik Teoloji ve İmâmet Nazariyesi' isimli çalışma, İslâm tarihinde ortaya çıkmış siyâsi hâdiseleri ve bu hâdiseler ile ilintili bir şekilde oluşmuş problem alanlarını, İbn Hazm'ın imâmete dair düşüncelerini merkezine alacak şekilde oluşturulmuştur. Birinci bölümde, imâmet ve imâmet ile ilintili bazı kavramların etimolojik yapısı ve tahlili, Kur'ân ve Hadis'te siyâset anlayışı ve kelâm tarihinde imâmet ile alakalı oluşmuş problem alanlarında ileri sürülen fikir ve öğretiler ele alınıp incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, imâmet konusunda ileri sürülen fikir ve düşünceler ile İbn Hazm'ın imâmet ile alakalı değer anlayışı ve onun imâmet konusunda ileri sürdüğü temel düşünceleri kritik edilmiştir. Son bölümde ise, İbn Hazm'ın üstünlük konusundaki düşünceleri, İslâm kelâm tarihinde ileri sürülen imâmet düşüncesi ile birlikte meydana gelmiş önemli bir problem alanı olan efdaliyet nazariyesi ile birlikte ortaya konmuştur.

Religion and politics have been two important factors that affect the design of societies throughout history. Politics creates an affective course in the first conflicts of the Islamic history and institutionalisation of sects and ideas. This study that entidled 'Political Theology And Imamate Theory In İbn Hazm' was formed to take İbn Hazm 's imamate perspectif on the center of politic events and problematic discourse which associated with these politic events in the Islamic history. In the first chapter, the etymological analysis of imamate and some concepts related to imamate, understanding of politics in Quran and Hadith and some ideas related to the problematic discourse of imamate theory in history of kalam are analyzed. In the second chapter, some ideas related to the discourse of imamate theory and İbn Hazm's views about the value of imamate theory and his main ideas that asserted about imamate are determined. In the last chapter, İbn Hazm's thoughts about the supremacy and as an important problem area the theory of supremacy which came into existence wtih the theory of imamate are analyzed.
