Intermolecular O-H...N, N-H...O and intramolecular N-H...O hydrogen bonds [O...N 2.776 (1), 3.086 (1) and 2.574 (1) Angstrom] are highly effective in forming polymeric chains, thereby stabilizing the crystal structure.
