Mekhûl Ed-dımeşkî'nin Mürsellerinin Tahlili

Abstract

Hadis usulünün, hadis kâidelerinin ve isnad faaliyetlerinin başlangıcını ifade etmesi açısından hicrî ilk asır büyük bir önemi hâizdir. Bu dönemde ortaya çıkmış kavramlar, sonraki dönemlerin temelini oluşturmuştur. Ancak bazı kavramlar süreç içerisinde usulün gelişmesiyle doğru orantılı olarak değişime uğramıştır. Bunlardan biri de mürsel kavramıdır. Nitekim mürsel rivâyetlerin kullanımı ve değerine ilişkin kanaatler zaman içerisinde farklılık göstermiştir. Hicrî ilk asır alimleri arasında dönemin rivayet üslûbunu yansıtması ve meşhur mürsillerden olması yönüyle Mekhûl ed-Dımeşkî önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışmamızda dönemin rivayet üslûbu, isnad kullanımı ve irsâl sebepleri çerçevesinde Mekhûl ed-Dımeşkî'nin mürsel rivayetlerini sened, metin ve üslûp yönünden inceleyip onun mürsellerine dair olumlu ve olumsuz değerlendirmelere yer verdik. Mekhûl'e ait mürsel rivâyetlerin tespitinde İbn Ebî Şeybe'nin (ö. 235/849) Musannef isimli eserini referans aldık ve elde ettiğimiz rivâyetleri ilk dönem eserleri ve kütüb-i sitte kaynaklarındaki rivâyetler çerçevesinde sened ve metin yönünden analize tabi tuttuk. Çalışmamızın sonucunda Mekhûl ed-Dımeşkî'nin mürsel rivayetlerinin, dönemin rivayet üslûbunu yansıttığı, ona ait mürsellerin dikkatlice incelendiğinde birçoğunun muttasıl senede haiz diğer rivayetlerle örtüştüğünü tespit ettik. Böylece mürsel rivâyetlerin toptancı bir bakışla kabul ya da reddedilmesinin, hadis ilminin tarihsel gelişim sürecine uygun olmayacağı kanaatine ulaştık. The Hijri first century has an great importance in terms of expressing the hadith method, the rules and the beginning of the isnad activities. The concepts that emerged in this period, as well as forming the basis of the following periods, it is seen that some of them have changed in the process. One of them is the concept of Mursal. As a matter of fact, the opinions on the use and value of mursal narrations have changed over time. Makhoul al-Dimashqi has an important place among the scholars of the first century of Hijri in terms of reflecting the narration style of the period and being one of the famous mursils. With this study, we will make inferences by examining the mursal narrations of Mekhoul al-Dımashqî in terms of the text and style within the framework of the narration style of the period, the use of attribute and the reasons for the irsal, and we will include positive and negative evaluations about his mursals. As a result of our study, it has been concluded that the mursal narrations of Makhoul al-Dimashqi reflect the narration style of the period, and when the mursals belonging to him are carefully examined, it is concluded that most of them overlap with the other narrations in the same year.
