Tokat İli Sebze Alanlarındaki Kök-Ur Nematod (Meloidogyne spp.)’larının Yayılışları ve Tür Tespiti

Abstract

Arastırma, 2006-2007 yılları arasında Tokat ili sebze alanlarında zararlı olan kök-ur nematodu (Meloidogyne spp.) türlerini teshis etmek, yayılıs alanlarını ve bitkilerdeki bulasıklık oranlarını saptamak amacıyla yürütülmüstür. Çalısma sonucunda Tokat’ın iki bölgesinde kök-ur nematodu türlerinden yalnızca Meloidogyne incognita (% 100) türü tespit edilmistir. Bu çalısmada sürvey yapılan Merkez, Turhal ve Pazar ilçelerinde kök-ur nematodu ile bulasıklığa rastlanmamıs, Niksar ve Erbaa ilçelerinin ise bulasık olduğu tespit edilmistir. Kök-ur nematodu bulasıklık oranı Erbaa ilçesinde % 34,5, Niksar ilçesinde % 5,5 olarak bulunmustur.

This research was conducted to identify the root-knot nematode species (Meloidogyne spp), causing problem in vegetable production areas in Tokat province, and determine their distribution and infestation rates during 2006–2007 growing season. The result of the study showed that Meloidogyne incognita (100 %) was the only root-knot nematode species identified in two regions of Tokat. The infestation of this nemotode was not appeared in the fields surveyed in Tokat (Center), Turhal and Pazar provinces. The infestation was only appeared in Niksar and Erbaa provinces. The infestation rates were found as 34,5 % and 5,5 % for Erbaa and Niksar respectively.
