Keratozis Pilaris Atrofikans Fasiei: İki Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Keratozis Pilaris Atrofikans Fasiei (KPAF) ve birbiri ile ilişkili diğer iki hastalık - Keratozis follikularis spinulosa dekalvans, Atrofoderma vermikulatum-Keratozis Pilaris Atrofikans (KPA) adı altında sınıflandırılmaktadır. Bu hastalık inflamatuar keratotik foliküler papüller ve ardından atrofi gelişimi ile seyretmektedir. KPA'nın tanımlanmasından bu yana bu klinik tabloların aynı hastalığın evreleri mi veya farklı antiteler mi olduğu konusunda pek çok tartışmalar olmuştur. Burada başlangıç yaşları farklı iki sporadik KPAF olgusu sunulmuş ve klinik spektrumu tartışılmıştır.Keratosis pilaris atrophicans faciei (KPAF) and two other related disorders - Keratosis follicularis spinulosa decalvans, Atrophoderma vermiculatum- are classified under the term of Keratosis Pilaris Atrophicans (KPA) which is characterized by inflammatory keratotic follicular papules followed by atrophy. Since the first description of KPA there has been many controversies about its being the same disease's stages or different entities. Here we report two sporadic cases of KPAF, that began at different ages and the place of these syndromes in the clinical spectrum is discussed.
