Acil ve Yoğun Bakım Hemşirelerinin Elektrokardiyografi Ritimlerini Tanıyabilme ve Uygun Tedavi Yaklaşımlarını Bilme Konusundaki Yeterlilikleri

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma acil ve yoğun bakımda çalışan hemşirelerin elektrokardiyografi (EKG) ritimlerini tanıyabilme ve uygun tedavi yaklaşımlarını uygulamadaki bilgi düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Çalışma, Şubat-Aralık 2013 tarihlerinde Samsun ili ve ilçelerinde görev alan ve araştırmayı kabul eden 148 hemşire üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak iki bölümden oluşan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Birinci bölümde demografik bulgular, ikinci bölümde EKG ritimleri ve bu ritimlere yönelik tedavi yaklaşımları ile ilgili sorular yer almıştır. Anket formu, araştırmacı tarafından hemşirelere bire bir uygulanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS (Statistical Package of Science) For Windows 20,0 paket programından yararlanmış olup, istatistik analizinde Ki-Kare, Kruskall Wallis, Oneway Anova, Tukey HDS ve Mann Whitney U testi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin EKG sorularına yönelik verdikleri cevapları etkileyen en önemli faktörlerin; eğitim durumu, hizmet içi eğitim ve çalıştıkları birimler olduğu saptanmıştır. Lisans mezunu hemşirelerin ve kardiyoloji yoğun bakımdaki hemşirelerin, ölümcül ritimlere ve EKG'ye yönelik sorulara verdikleri cevapların daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç: Samsun ili ve ilçelerinde acil ve yoğun bakım birimlerinde görev yapan hemşirelerin EKG ritimlerini tanıyabilme ve tedavi yaklaşımları konusunda bilgi düzeylerini arttırma adına eğitim düzeylerinin arttırılması, hizmet içi eğitimlerin verilmesi ve bu eğitimlerin aralıklarla tekrar edilmesinin faydalı olacağını düşünmekteyiz. Aim: In this search, we aimed to determine to nurse's level of knowledge about to promote the ECG rhythms and in deciding the appropriate treatment approaches who serve in emergency and intensive care unit. Material and Method: The search was carried out on 148 nurses who serve in Samsun and its districts between the dates of February-December 2013. A survey form comprising of two parts has been used as a data compiling device in the study. The first part included demographic findings, the second part included questions pertaining to ECG rhythms and treatment approach for this rhythms. The survey form was applied to the nurses by the researcher in person. SPSS (Statistical Package of Science) for Windows 20.0 was utilized in the evaluation of the data and Chi-Square, Kruskal Wallis, Oneway Anova, Mann Whitney U test and Tukey HDS test was used in the statistical analysis. Results: It was discovered in this search that the most important factors influencing their answers for ECG whether are servise training, edutional status and which units they are working. Bachelor's degree nurses and cardiology nurses in intensive care response about fatal ECG rhythms and the ECG rhythms was found to higher than others. Conclusion: We think it would be useful nurses who serve in emergency and intensive care unit in Samsun and its districts about to promote the ECG rhythms and treatment approaches increase the level of education on behalf of increase the level of knowledge, giving service training and such training be repeated at intervals.
