Karadeniz Kıyı Şeridi Yüzeysel Sularında Organoklorlu Pestisit Analizi

Abstract

KARADENİZ KIYI ŞERİDİ YÜZEYSEL SULARINDA ORGANOKORLU PESTİSİTLERİN ANALİZİ ÖZET Karadeniz'in Kirliliğe Karşı Korunması amacıyla başlatılan Ulusal GEF Çevre Koruma ve Yönetimi Ulusal Kirlilik izleme Kara Kesimi Projesi'nin bir bölümünü oluşturan bu çalışmada Karadeniz Bölgesi yüzeysel sularında organoklorlu pestisit düzeyleri araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre yüzey sularının kaliteleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırılan pestisitler a, p, y, 8- BHC, heptaklor, heptaklor epoksit, aldrin, dieldrin, endrin, endrin aldehit, p,p'-DDE, p,p'-DDD, p,p'-DDT, endosülfan I, endosülfan II ve endosülfan sülfattır, incelenen örneklerde bu pestisitlerden 0.02-0.24 ng/l düzeyinde DDT varlığı saptanmıştır. Pestisitlerin su örneklerinden ekstraksiyonunda katı faz ekstraksiyonu yöntemi kullanılmış ve ekstraksiyon verimi araştırılmıştır. C18 katı faz ekstraksiyon diskleri ve XAD-7 reçinesi kullanılarak organoklorlu pestisitlerin sudan ekstraksiyonu incelenmiş ve ekstraksiyon verimleri karşılaştırılmıştır. C18 katı faz ekstraksiyon diskleri ile % 68-96, XAD-7 reçinesi ile % 37-78 arasında değişen ekstraksiyon verimleri gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca modifiye edilen doğal materyallerin organoklorlu pestisitlerin gideriminde kullanılabilirliği araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla organopomza ve organozeolitin organoklorlu pestisitleri adsorblama verimleri incelenmiştir. Bu materyallerin organoklorlu pestisitlerin adsorbsiyonunda etkili oldukları, adsorbsiyon verimlerinin organopomza için % 70-99, organozeolit için % 73-99 arasında değiştiği gözlenmiştir. INVESTIGATION OF ORGANOCHLORINE PESTICIDES IN THE SURFACE WATERS OF BLACK SEA COAST ABSTRACT The concentrations of organochlorine pesticides in surface waters of Black Sea Region were investigated in this study as a part of The Project of National GEF Protection and Management of the Environment for Monitoring of National Land Based Pollution that was started with the purpose of protecting Black Sea against pollution. The quality of the surface waters was examined according to the obtained data. Investigated pesticides are a, p, y, 5- BHC, heptachlor, heptachlor epoxide, aldrin, dieldrin, endrin, endrin aldehyde, p.p'-DDE, p.p'-DDD, p,p'-DDT, endosulfan I, endosulfan II and endosulfan sulfate. Among these pesticides, the presence of DDT at 0.02-0.024 ng/l concentration level were determined in the samples. The solid phase extraction technique was used for extracting pesticides from water samples and the recoveries of organochlorine pesticides were investigated. For the extraction of organochlorine pesticides from water, C18 solid phase extraction disks and XAD-7 resin were used and their extraction efficiencies were compared. It was observed that extraction efficiencies were 68-99 % for C18 extraction disks and 37-78 % for XAD-7 resin. Furthermore, the effectiveness of modified natural materials for the removal of organochlorine pesticides from water was investigated. For this purpose adsorption efficiencies of organochlorine pesticides on organopumice and on organozeolite were determined. It was observed that these materials were effective for adsorption of organochlorine pesticides and the adsorption efficiencies were 70-99 % for organopumice and 73-99 % for organozeolite.
