Abstract
In this study, the Organized Industrial Zone is located in Samsun, air pollution effects on plants with a high of 9 and 70 of these facilities, taking as point sources chimney, air quality modeling study was carried out. AERMOD air quality model was investigated using the applicability of the model in the area.Model for the creation of point sources consisting of emissions report smaking use of point source's physical condition, as well as the air quality parameters as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides is used, the meteorological parameters as temperature, relative humidity, solar radiation, wind speed, prevailing wind direction and pressure was used.19 Mayıs University owned by Mobile Air Quality measurement tool data received from the Environment and the Ministry of Urbanism fixed station data and in the regionof the projects with data from studies done earlier model studies' Cause his close findings are determined.Consequently, the model results are concentration in the area of industry, nitrogen dioxide(NO2) concentration in 352.960µg.m-3, respectively. Hourly limit value of 100µg.m-3'on reputation, this value Towards the industrial area to residential areas was found tolose its effectiveness.Anotheris measuring sulfur dioxide (SO2) concentration in the hour 169.351µg.m-3 level, which has increased the hourly limit value of 125µg.m-3, although it is on the level goes to residential areas has been shown tolose its effectiveness. Annual Nitrogendioxide (NO2)at concentrations as high as 57.376µg.m-3 were measured. Which rises above the limit value of 30µg.m-3 was observed.Similarly, sulfur dioxide (SO2) concentration was measuredas the highest 30.451μg.m-3 and 20, which limits μg.m-3 'was observed to be at the top. These highvaluesin residential areas and the impact of sea level goes to the side that lost data was obtained from the model.
