1420 Numaralı Giresun Şeriyye Sicil Defterinin Transkripsiyonu ve Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, (H. 1310-1311/M. 1892-1893) yıllarına ait '1420 Numaralı Giresun Şer'iye Sicili Defterinin transkripsiyonu yapılarak, defterde yer alan kayıtlar ışığında adı geçen dönemde Giresun'daki idarî, sosyo-ekonomik, dinî ve kültürel yapı değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamız giriş ile birlikte üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın amacı ve önemi, araştırmanın temel kavramları, yöntem ve verilerin çözümlenmesi ele alınmıştır. İlk bölümde '1420 Numaralı Giresun Şer'iye Sicili Defteri'nin transkripsiyonlu metni yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise, defteri oluşturan belgeler belirli bir plan çerçevesinde ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmiştir. 1892-1893 yıllarında Giresun şehrinin idarî, sosyo-ekonomik, dînî ve kültürel yapısı hakkında transkripsiyonu yapılan kayıtlardan istifade edilerek elde edilen bilgiler değerlendirilmiştir. This thesis aims to transcribe 'The Court Register Number 1420 of Giresun' which belongs to the years 1892-1893 (H. 1310-1311) and to evaluate Giresun's govermental, socio-economic, religious and cultural structures in the light of the documents in the register. Our work consists of three parts. The purpose and importance of research, the basic concepts of research methods and data analysis are discussed in the introduction. In the first part, the transcribed version of the text of 'Court Register Number 1420 of Giresun'. In the second part, the documents that constitute court registers are classified according to their topics, and then each topic is evaluated separately in the framework of these documents. It is given information on the govermental, socio-economic, religious and cultural structures of Giresun between the years of 1892-1893 with the help of the documents which has been transcribed before.
