Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Gençlik ve Spor Genel Müdürlüğü(GSGM) yöneticileri ile Özerk Federasyon (ÖF)da çalışan yöneticilerin Dönüşümcü liderlik özellikleri düzeylerinin incelenmesi ve karşılaştırılmasıdır. Araştırmaya katılan yöneticilerden 24'ünü,GSGM yöneticileri, 36'sını ÖF yöneticileri oluşturmaktadır.Dönüşümcü liderlik özelliklerinin 2 gurup arasındaki farkların ortaya konulabilmesi için ilişkisiz örneklemler için T-testi uygulanmış olup istatistiksel anlamlılık için 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyi seçilmiştir.Bu çalışmada araştırmaya katılan GSGM yöneticileri, idealleştirilmiş etki (atfedilen) özelliği ortalama puanı (13,50), ÖF yöneticileri İdealleştirilmiş etki (atfedilen) özelliği ortalama puanı (11,83) den daha yüksek çıkmıştır. GSGM yöneticileri, İdealleştirilmiş Etki (Davranış) özelliği ortalama puanı (12,37), ÖF yöneticileri idealleştirilmiş etki (Davranış) özelliği ortalama puanı (11,22). den daha yüksek çıkmıştır.GSGM yöneticileri Telkinle güdüleme ortalama puanı (13,00), ÖF yöneticileri, Telkinle Güdüleme özelliği ortalama puanı (12,00) dan daha yüksek çıkmıştır.GSGM yöneticileri, Entelektüel Uyarım özelliği ortalama puanı (12,50)ÖF yöneticileri, Entelektüel Uyarım özelliği ortalama puanı (11,38), den daha yüksek çıkmıştır.GSGM yöneticileri Bireysel Destek özelliği puanı (13,00)ÖF yöneticileri, Bireysel Destek özelliği puanı (10,33), den daha yüksek çıkmıştır.GSGM ile ÖF yöneticilerinin Dönüşümcü Liderlik özelliklerini tüm alt boyutların genel toplamı olarak değerlendirdiğimizde ise GSGM yöneticileri dönüşümcü liderlik puanı(127,70)ÖF yöneticileri dönüşümcü liderlik puanı olan (118,86) dan daha yüksek çıkmıştır .
The aim of this research is to examine and compare the levels of transformational leadership characteristics of the managers working in Autonomous Federations (AF) as well as the managers in Youth and Sports Directorate General.(YSDG). 24 managers participating in the research are from the YSDG and 36 managers are from the AF.Transformational leadership characteristics unrelated to initiating the differences between two groups of samples T-test was applied for and was chosen for the statistical significance level of 0.05 significance.The average score (13.50) of the Idealized effect (attributed) characteristic of the managers in the YSDG joining in this research has been found higher than the average score (11.83) of the Idealized effect (attributed) characteristic of the managers in the AF. The average score (12.37) of the Idealized effect (behavior) characteristic of the managers in YSDG has been found higher than the average score (11.22) of the Idealized effect (behavior) characteristic of the managers in the AF.The average score (13.00) of the Inspirational Motivation characteristic of the managers in the YSDG has appeared higher than the average score (12.00) of Inspirational Motivation characteristic of the managers in the AF.The average score (12.50) of the Intellectual Stimulation characteristic of the managers in the YSDG appeared higher than the average score (11.38) of the Intellectual Stimulation characteristic of the managers in the AF.The score (13.00) of the Individual Support characteristic of the managers in the YSDG has been found higher than the score (10.33) of Individual Support characteristic of the managers in the AF.When the transformational leadership characteristics of the managers in the YSDG as well as the AF managers are assessed in terms of the general total of the all sub-dimensions, the score (127.70) of the transformational leadership characteristics of the managers in the YSDG has appeared higher than the transformational leadership score (118.86) of the managers in the AF.
