Publication: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Abstract
The chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a heterogenous disorder characterized by fatigue, neuropsychiatric symptoms various somatic complaints. Although it has been known since 18th century, its etiopathogenesis is not clear, specific laboratory tests are not available and a definitive treatment model is not determined yet. In this review, chronic fatigue syndrome is discussed by the aspects of clinical signs, diagnosis and treatment methods.
