Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinin Galega Officinalis L.(Leguminosae) Türünün Varyasyon Sınırlarının Belirlenmesi

Abstract

VI. ÖZET Bu çalışmada Galega officinalis L. türünün varyasyon sınırlarını belirlemek amacıyla toplanan 123 örnek üzerinde morfolojik ve kemotaksonomik incelemeler yapılmıştır. Morfolojik incelemeler sırasında stipullerdeki parça sayısındaki ve yaprakçık uç yapısında görülen varyasyonlar esas alınarak iki ayrı suni gruplandırma yapılmıştır. Kimyasal analizlerde ise ayrılan bu suni gruplar esas alınarak yaprak örneklerinden elde edilen ekstraktlar ile kromatografık çalışmalar ve bu çalışmaları destekleyici spektrofotometrik analizler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen kemotaksonomik sonuçlara göre, morfolojik gruplandırmayı destekleyici bir sonuca ulaşılamamıştır. Kimyasal incelemeler morfolojik grupları desteklemediğinden Galega officinalis türünü alt taksonlara veya farklı taksonlara ayırmanın mümkün olmayacağı sonucuna varılmıştır. Bilhassa stipullerde ve yaprakçık uçlarının yapısında görülen varyasyonun fenosapma yoluyla ortaya çıkmış olabileceği düşünülmektedir. VII. SUMMARY In this study, to determine the variation limits of the Galega officinalis L. 123 specimens were collected from the Central Region of Black Sea coast and morphological and chemotaxonomic characters were studies. As a result of morphological investigations, two different groups were separated according to the variations both to the number of parts on the stipules and the tip of leaflets. In chemical analysis for chromatographic studies leaf samples from these two groups were used. Spectrophotometric studies were carried out to strengthen the chromatogrophic results. Howover the results from chemical analysis did not bring out such a grouping which was done according to the morphological characters. Since the results from the chemical analysis did not support morphological groups it is possible that these groups can be unified into one group. Therefore, it can be concluded that the morphological characters were used for the determination of the groups may be the reuslts of phenodeviant.
