Abstract
Bu çalışmada, önce 4-hidroksiazobenzen monoakrilat bileşikleri elde edildi. Elde edilen akrilat türevlerinin polimerleşmeleri serbest radikal polimerleşmesi ile gerçekleştirildi. Polimerleşme tepkimesinde; azobisizobütironitril bileşiği başlatıcı olarak kullanılarak serbest radikal polimerleşmesi ısıtma ve mikrodalga yöntemleri kullanıldı. Kullanılan iki yöntem karşılaştırılarak, mikrodalga ile gerçekleştirilen polimerleştirme yönteminin daha kısa zamanda gerçekleşme, daha dar molekül ağırlığı dağılımına sahip polimer elde etme, göreceli olarak daha yüksek molekül ağırlıklı polimer elde etme gibi üstünlükleri olduğu gözlendi.Elde edilen tüm bileşiklerin IR spektroskopisi, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR spektroskopileri ile işlevsel grup değişimleri ve yapısal incelemeleri yapıldı. Jel geçirgenlik kromatografisi ile polimerlerin mol kütleleri tayin edildi. Termik analiz çalışmaları ile polimerlerin ısısal davranışları incelendi. Kullanılan analiz yöntemleri, elde edilen bileşiklerin ve polimerlerin yapılarını açıklayarak sonuca ulaşıldığını gösterdi.Anahtar Kelimeler: Azo, diazen, akriloil, akriloiloksi, 4-hidroksiazobenzen ve akriloil türevleri, azo polimerler, azo akrilat polimerler
In this study, mono acryloyl compounds of 4-hydroxyazobenzene derivatives have been Synthesized. Synthesized acryloyl derivatives were polymerize by free radical polymerization. Azobisizobütironitril was used as initiator to carry out polymerization reactions where both conventional heating and microwave methods were used. Compared the two methods used, polymerization methods carried out microwave method was observed advantages such as realized in a shorter time polymerization experiments, to obtain polymer with narrow molecular weight distribution and relatively high molecular weight polymer.The all compounds synthesized were characterize by functional group changes and structural investigations with IR spectroscopy, 1H-NMR spectroscopy and 13C-NMR spectroscopy techniques. Molecular weight of the polimers were determine with Gel Permeation Chromotography. Thermal behavior of polymers have been investigated with thermal analysis study.
