Abstract

In the 21st century, the change in all fields is provided by digitalization. Success in the digitalizing business world is achieved through digital transformations that satisfy the customer. In this way, effectiveness and efficiency are ensured. Today, digital differences cause competition among businesses. People want to benefit from the digital conveniences that exist at every moment of their lives in purchasing goods or services. Businesses are expected to improve themselves in digitalization. Modern businesses attach importance to digitalization as a solution to sustainability. In addition, digitalization has become a business strategy for businesses today. Today, there are many factors that prevent all users, including businesses, from doing business in digital environments. In addition to their own efforts, the efforts of the countries in which they live also have a share in the digitalization of businesses. In the study, the need for information technologies necessary for digital life was determined by comparing the data of Israel and Turkey, which are in first place according to the 2022 digital quality of life index data.
