Ziraat Odalarının Çiftçilere Verdiği Hizmetler ve Çiftçilerin Bu Hizmetlerden Memnuniyet Durumu: Terme İlçesi Örneği

Abstract

Ziraat odaları, çiftçilerin müşterek ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak, mesleki faaliyetlerini kolaylaştırmak amacıyla kurulan çiftçilerin en geniş katılımla temsil edildiği bir örgüttür. Bu meslek kuruluşlarının üyelerine vermiş olduğu hizmetler ve çiftçilerin bu hizmetlerden memnuniyetinin bilimsel yaklaşımlarla incelenmesi son derece önemlidir. Tezin amacı, Samsun Terme ilçesindeki ziraat odasının çiftçilere vermekte olduğu hizmetleri belirlemek ve bu hizmetlerden çiftçilerin haberdar olma, yararlanma ve memnuniyet durumunun ortaya konulmasıdır. Araştırmanın birincil verileri, Terme ilçesindeki odaya üye üreticilerden basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemine göre seçilen 384 üretici ile Aralık 2019-Mart 2020 döneminde yüz yüze yapılan anketler yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada danışmanlık hizmeti alan üreticilerin odaya karşı tutumları ile danışmanlık hizmeti almayan üreticilerin tutumları arasında fark olduğu saptanmıştır. Yapılan bu araştırma sonucuna göre, ziraat odasına üye olup aynı zamanda odadan danışmanlık hizmeti alan üreticiler odanın verdiği hizmetlerden memnun olduklarını belirtirken, danışmanlık hizmeti almayan üreticilerin ziraat odasının verdiği hizmetleri yetersiz buldukları tespit edilmiştir. Bu da ziraat odasının danışmanlık hizmeti çalışmalarının olumlu olduğunun göstergesidir. Ancak, ziraat odasının teknik destekleri üyeleri tarafından yeterli bulunmamıştır. Ziraat odasının üyelerine teknik destek yardımlarını arttırması gerekliliği araştırma neticesinde ortaya çıkmıştır. It is extremely important to examine the services provided by the members of these professional organizations and the satisfaction of farmers with these scientific approaches. The aim of the thesis is to determine the services provided by the agricultural chamber in Samsun Terme district to farmers, and to evaluate and demonstrate the status of farmers' awareness, use and satisfaction. The primary data of the study were obtained through face-to-face surveys in the period of December 2019- March 2020 with 384 producers selected according to the simple random sampling method from the chamber producers in Terme district. In the study, it was found that there is a difference between the attitudes of the producers who receive consultancy services towards the room and the attitudes of the producers who do not receive consultancy services. According to the results of this research, it was determined that the producers who are members of the chamber of agriculture and who receive consultancy services from the chamber at the same time state that they are satisfied with the services provided by the room, while the producers who do not receive consultancy services find the services provided by the chamber of agriculture insufficient. This is an indication that the consultancy services of the chamber of agriculture are positive. However, the technical support of the chamber of agriculture was not found sufficient by its members. The necessity of increasing the technical support aids to the members of the agricultural chamber has emerged as a result of the research.
