Kapıkaya Festivaline Katılan Ziyaretçilerin Memnuniyet Düzeyinin Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

'Kapıkaya Festivaline Katılan Turistlerin Memnuniyet ve Tekrar Ziyaret Eğilimlerinin Önem-Performans Analizi İle Değerlendirilmesi' konulu araştırma, festival katılımcılarının memnuniyet düzeylerini ve tekrar ziyaret eğilimlerini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma, turistlerin beklentileri ile festivalin sunulan hizmetlerinin performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi anlamak ve bu doğrultuda destinasyonun turistik çekiciliğini artırmak için önem-performans analizi yapmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, Kapıkaya Festivaline katılan turistlere yöneltilen anketler aracılığıyla elde edilen veriler, önemli faktörleri ve bu faktörlerin performansını değerlendirmek için kullanılmıştır. Önem-performans analizi, turistlerin festivalle ilgili hangi özelliklere ne derecede önem verdiklerini ve bu özelliklerin festivaldeki gerçek performansını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda çalışmanın evrenini 2022 yılında 4. Kapıkayafest - Uluslararası Doğa Sporları ve Kültür Festival alanında çadır alanı satın alarak festivale katılanlar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise bu alanda festival etkinliklerine katılan 106 erkek, 84 kadın olmak üzere toplam 190 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak demoŞekil bilgi formu, tüketici temelli destinasyon ölçeği ve önem-performans ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin normal dağılım gösterip göstermediğini ölçmek için Shapiro- Wilk ve Kolmogorow-Smirnov testleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler normal dağılım göstermediği için Non parametrik testler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Kapıkaya festivalinin iyi bir deneyim vaat ettiği, festival alanının doğal bir manzaraya sahip olduğu, festivalde kamp yapma fırsatının kullanıcılar açısından önemli olduğu, katılımcıların bu festivali başkalarına da tavsiye edecekleri, Kapıkaya festivalleri yılın farklı dönemlerinde de hizmet vermesinin istendiği, katılımcıların yakın çevrelerine Bafra ve Samsun'u görmeleri konusunda öneride bulunacağı ile ilgili ifadelere yüksek düzeyde katılım sağlandığı belirlenmiştir. Buna göre katılımcılar genel olarak düzenlenen Kapıkaya festivallerinden memnun olmanın yanında bu festivale bağlılıklarının daha yüksek düzeyde olduğu söylenebilir. katılımcılar festivale ulaşımın önceki yıllara göre daha kolay olduğunu, festivalik düzen ve planlama bakımından daha geliştirilebilir olduğu, çevre temizliği ve güvenlik bakımından yeterli özelliklere sahip olduğu, sportif faalyetler ve yamaç paraşütü için uygun alanların bulunduğu, yemek çeşitliliğinin artırılması gerektiği ve genel olarak festivalden memnun oldukları belirtilmiştir. Önem ve performans bakımından ulaşım kolaylığı/kolay erişilebilirlik, çadır alanında sağlanan güvenlik önlemleri, onaklama alanının peyzajı, uygun konaklama olanakları, yemeklerin doyuruculuğu, çöplerin düzenli olarak çadır alanı dışına çıkarılması ve çadır alanının genel temizliği, açık hava aktiviteleri, müzikli, eğlendirici etkinlikler yapılması, görevli sayısının yeterli olması, görevlilerin dış görünüşü, etkinlik ve hizmetlerin belirtilen saatte yapılması, çadır alanındaki hizmet, görevlilerin misafirperverliği/sıcakkanlılığı müzikli, eğlendirici etkinlikler yapılmasının önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir. This study aims to understand the relationship between tourists' expectations and the performance of the services offered by the festival and to conduct importance- performance analysis to increase the touristic attractiveness of the destination in this direction. Within the scope of the research, the data obtained through questionnaires directed to tourists participating in Kapıkaya Festival were used to evaluate the important factors and the performance of these factors. Importance-performance analysis aims to reveal to what extent tourists attach importance to which features related to the festival and the actual performance of these features at the festival. In line with the purpose of the study, the population of the study consists of those who participated in the festival by purchasing a tent area in the 4th Kapıkayafest - International Nature Sports and Culture Festival area in 2022. The sample of the study consists of a total of 190 participants, 106 men and 84 women, who participated in the festival activities in this area. Demographic information form, consumer-based destination scale and importance-performance scale were used as data collection tools. Shapiro-Wilk and Kolmogorow-Smirnov tests were applied to measure whether the data were normally distributed. Since the data used in the research did not show a normal distribution, nonparametric tests were used. As a result of the research, it was determined that there was a high level of participation in the statements that Kapıkaya festival promises a good experience, the festival area has a natural landscape, the opportunity to camp at the festival is important for the users, the participants will recommend this festival to others, Kapıkaya festivals are desired to serve at different times of the year, and the participants will recommend their close circles to see Bafra and Samsun. Accordingly, it can be said that the participants are not only satisfied with the Kapıkaya festivals in general, but also have a higher level of commitment to this festival. The participants stated that transportation to the festival is easier than in previous years, it can be improved in terms of festive order and planning, it has sufficient features in terms of environmental cleanliness and security, there are suitable areas for sports activities and paragliding, the variety of food should be increased and they are generally satisfied with the festival. In terms of importance and performance, ease of transportation/easy accessibility, security measures provided in the tent area, landscaping of the lodging area, suitable accommodation facilities, satisfying meals, regular removal of garbage outside the tent area and general cleaning of the tent area, outdoor activities, musical and entertaining activities, adequate number of staff, appearance of the staff, activities and services at the specified time, service in the tent area, hospitality/warmth of the staff, musical and entertaining activities were determined to be important.
