Türkiye'deki Sanat Eğitiminin Küresel Etkiler Bağlamında İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma; 'Türkiye'deki sanat eğitiminin küresel etkiler bağlamında incelenmesi' konusu ile gündeme gelirken, ülkemiz üzerindeki etkisini Osmanlı İmparatorluğu' nun son dönemlerine götürebileceğimiz küreselleşme olgusunun sanat eğitimimize doğrudan yada dolaylı etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Bu inceleme; günümüz Türkiye'sinin sanat eğitimi süreçlerinde daha fazla yoğunlaşılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Küreselleşmenin ekonomik, siyasal, sosyo-kültürel açıdan dünyada ve ülkemizdeki yansıma biçimleri üzerinde bir altyapıyı dayanak olarak alan sanat eğitimi süreçlerinin incelenmesi ile, ülkemizin bu günkü sanat eğitimine küreselleşme olgusunun etkilerinin oluşum biçim ve süreçleri açımlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Söz konusu bu biçim ve süreçler; bilimsel ve sanatsal literatüre dayandırılarak ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Türkiye'deki sanat eğitiminin yapılanmalarına yansıyan ulusal ve küresel politikalar, anlayışlar, yönelimler ve bunlarla ilişkisinde sanat eğitiminin kitlesinin hedefleri, rolleri ve kimlikleri üzerinde mümkün olabilecek yeni boyutların farkına varılması gereği, geleceğin sanat eğitimi süreçlerine yansıma eğilimleri açısından önemli görülmüştür.

The present study was aimed to investigate the direct or indirect affects of globalisation on art education in our country which goes as early as the last times of the Ottoman Empire which was reflected as the subject of 'The investigation of art education in Turkey with affects of globalisation'. This study was more focused on the Turkey's present art education. It was tried to explain in detail the occurrence format and process of globalisation effects in todays' Turkey art education by investigating art education processes that consider the economical, political, socio-cultural reflections of globalisation on the world and in our country as a main infrastructure. These mentioned formats and processes investigated were based on scientific and art literature. The necessitiy of the awareness of possible new dimensions on the identities, roles and aims of the art education society and the relation of which with national and global politics, understandings, inclinations affecting art education structure in Turkey was regarded as an important issue because of inclination of reflecting on future art educations process.
