Abstract
Bu çalı?manın amacı i?görenlerden daha fazla yararlanmak için onların hangi motivasyon faktörleri tarafından ve nasıl motive olduklarını belirlemektir. Ayrıca Fatsa Devlet Hastanesindeki sağlık çalı?anlarının önemli bulduğu motivasyon faktörlerinin bugünkü çalı?ma ortamındaki performanslarına katkılarını belirleyerek çalı?anların motivasyonunu artırma konusunda hem i?görenlere hem de yöneticilere yardımcı olmaktır. Çalı?manın giri? ana ba?lığı altında çalı?manın problem durumu, ara?tırmanın amacı, önemi, kapsamı, sınırlılıkları, hipotezleri, planı ve tanımlar ile ilgili bilgiler yer almaktadır. Çalı?manın birinci ve ikinci bölümlerinde yazın taraması yapılarak konuyla ilgili kavramlara ve bu kavramlar arasındaki ili?kiye açıklık getirilmi?; üçüncü bölümünde Fatsa Devlet Hastanesi çalı?anlarıyla yapılan bir ara?tırmaya yer verilmi?tir. Ara?tırmanın son bölümünde ise ara?tırmanın sonuçlarına yer verilmi? ve bu sonuçlara göre öneriler geli?tirilmi?tir.Ara?tırmada anket yöntemi kullanılmı?, anket sorularının anla?ılır olmasına ve katılımcıların kolayca cevaplandıracağı ?ekilde düzenlenmesine özel dikkat gösterilmi?tir. Elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS 16.0 programından yararlanılmı?, verilerin analizinde anketi cevaplayanların demoğrafik özelliklerine ait frekans tabloları, faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi, güvenilirlik testleri, t-testi ve Anova analizi kullanılmı?tır.Bu istatistikî çalı?malar sonucu ortaya çıkan verilerle ara?tırmanın sonuçlarına ula?ılmı? ve sonuç olarak ekonomik, psiko-sosyal, örgütsel ve yönetsel motivasyon araçları ile performans arasında anlamlı bir ili?ki olduğu görülmü?tür. ??görenlerin motivasyon araçları algısı pozitiftir ve i?görenlerin performanslarını etkileyen en önemli motivasyon aracı olarak ekonomik motivasyon araçlarını tercih ettikleri sonucuna ula?ılmı?tır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Motivasyon, Motivasyon Araçları, Örgüt, ??gören, Performans
The purpose of this study is to determine which motivational factors motivate employees and how they are motivated in order to be utilized more. Furthermore to helpboth employees and managers to increase employee motivation by determining the contributions of motivational factors which health care workers of Fatsa State Hospital have found significant for thier performance in today?s working environment. Under the heading of intruduction to the study, the problem, purpose, importance, scope, limitations, hypothesis, plan and definitions of the research were given. In thefirst and second parts of the study, concepts and the relationship between these concepts related with this issue were clarified by conducting a literature review and in the thirdpart a survey with Fatsa State Hospital employees was given place. In the last part of theresearch, results of the study were presented and recommendations were developed based on these results.Survey method was used in the research and particular attention was given to arrangesurvey questions in order to have them easily grasped and answered. SPSS 16.0program, was used to analyze the data obtained and respondents' demographic characteristics of the frequency tables, factor analysis, correlation analysis, reliability testing, t-test and ANOVA analysis were used in the analysis of the data. viiThe conclusion was reached by data emerging from the statistical studies and as a result,it was emerged that there is a significant relationship between economic, psycho-social, organizational and managerial motivation tools and performance. It was concluded thatthe employees? perception of motivation tools was positive and they were willing to choose economic motivation tools as the most effective factor on their performance.Keywords: Motivation, Motivation Tools, Organization, Employee, Performance.
