Sürdürülebilir Su Yönetimi Çerçevesinde Yeşil Bina Tasarımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın ana hatlarını 'Yeşil Bina' kavramı ve bu kavramın gayrimenkul sektörüne yansıması olarak sunulan su ve enerji tasarrufu oluşturmaktadır. Sürdürülebilir kriterleri belirlenen sistemler incelenerek, 'Yeşil Bina' ya katkısı ortaya konulmuştur. Tez kapsamında Dünya'dan ve Türkiye'den örneklere yer verilerek LEED Yeşil Bina Değerlendirme Sistemi'nin ölçütlerine göre tutarlılığı ele alınmıştır. Seçilen konut üzerinde su yönetimi ön plana çıkarılarak yağmur suyu toplama sistemi, damla sulama ve gri su geri kazanım sistemi oluşturulmuştur ve geri kazanılan suların kullanım alanı belirlenmiştir. Enerji verimliliği kısmında ise güneş ve rüzgar enerjisinin avantajları ve kullanılabilirliği hesaplanmıştır. Çıkan sonuçlara dayanarak konut içerisinde kullanılması gereken enerji kaynağı seçilmiştir. Son olarak elde edilen veriler ile konutun ilk hali ve uygulamalar sonrasındaki hali kıyaslanarak LEED kriterlerine göre ulaşabileceği puan ve sertifika değeri belirlenmiştir.Main idea of this study is concept of 'Green building' and water and energy saving which is result of this concept. Systems whose sustainable criteria are specified are observed and their contributions are emphasized. In the scope of the thesis some examples of gren buildings from the world and Turkey are analyzed and their consistency according to LEED Green Building Assessment System criterion is discussed. Featuring the water management, rain water accumulation system, drip irrigation and gray water recycling systems are created upon the selected topic and the usage area of recycled water is specified. On the energy efficiency section, the advantages and utility of solar and wind power is estimated. Based on the results, the energy that should be used at houses is chosen. Finally, using the obtained data, the first condition of the house and the condition after the applications is compared, after that the certification worth and the point that can be achieved is specified according to the LEED criterion.
