Hadislerde Kadının İbadet Hayatı

Abstract

İslâm hukukunun temel konularından biri olan ibadet, Allah'a olan samimiyetin temel göstergelerinden birisidir. Rabbine kul olmak için yaratılan insan, kendisinden istenildiği şekilde ibadetleri yerine getirmekten sorumludur. Allah'a ibadet etme yönüyle ise kadın ve erkek arasında temelde bir fark bulunmamaktadır. Sadece kadının biyolojik yapı ve fıtrî özelliklerine binaen, kadınlarla ilgili temizlik ve iba¬detlere ilişkin bazı özel düzenlemeler getirilmiştir. Tezimizin de konusu olan Müslüman kadının ibadet yükümlülüğüne dair başvurulacak aslî kaynaklar; Kur'ân-ı Kerim ile Hz. Peygamber'in sözleri ve fiili uygulamalarıdır. Bu hakikatten hareketle tezin hazırlanış sürecinde bir hadis taraması yapılmış, kadının ibadet hayatı hadisler ışığında gözden geçirilerek hadis merkezli bir çalışma ortaya konulmuştur. 'Hadislerde Kadının İbadet Hayatı' konusunda daha önce bir yüksek lisans tezinin yapılmamış olması, bu çalışmanın temel saikidir.

The worship which is one of the basic subjects of Islamic law is a symbol of sincereness to Allah. Humans who were created to be servants of Allah are responsible for worshipping as they were asked. Basically, there is no difference between men and women when it came to worshipping Allah. There are just a few special arrangements about women's cleanings and worships due to their biological natures. The primary resources to resort about Muslim women's responsibility for worship, which is also the subject of our thesis are the Quran and the Prophet's (PBUH) words and practices. Due to this fact, an extensive hadith scanning has been made during the preparation of this thesis and this hadith centered work was written by going through the hadiths about women's worship lives. The main reason for this thesis' existence is the absence of another one about the topic of 'Women's Worship Life in Hadiths'.
