Abstract
ÖZET Birinci bölümde maksimum prensipleri ve eliptik operatörler tanıtılmıştır. Maksimum prensipleri vasıtasıyla elde edilebilen ve sınırlı bölgelere uygulanabilen teklik ve ortalama değer teoremlerinin sınırsız bölgelere uygulanamadığı anlatıldı. Sınırsız bölgeler için de Phragmen ve Lindelöf'in geliştirmiş olduğu yöntemler incelendi. Ayrıca gene bu bölümde sınırsız bölgeler üzerinde karmaşık değerli fonksiyonlar İçin Phragmen ve Lindelöf ün ortaya koyduğu yöntem ve teoremler incelendi. İkinci bölümde ısı denklemi ve parabolik operatörler tanıtıldı. Sınırlı olmayan bir bölgede bir parabolik operatörü sağlayan fonksiyonlar için Phragmen ve Lindelöf 'ün ortaya koyduğu metodlarla elde edilen maksimum prensipleri üzerinde duruldu.
SUMMARY In the first section, maximum principles and elliptic operators are introduced. Unique and main value theorems that can be obtained through the maximum principles and applied to the bounded domains but cannot be applied to the unbounded domains are explained. The methods which were developed by Phragmen and Lindelöf in the unbounded domains are examined. Methods and theorems which were introduced by Phragmen and Lindelöf for complex variable functions on the unbounded domains are also examined. In the second section, heat equation and parabollic aperators are introduced. Methods and maximum principles that were introduuced by Phragmen and Lindelöf for functions which satisfy the parabollic operators on the unbounded domain are studied. These maximum principles are obtained through these methods.
