Muhammed İkbal'de Tanrı Anlayışı

Abstract

EX ÖZET 'Muhammed İkbal'de Tanrı Anlayışı' adını taşıyan ve iki ana bölümden oluşan çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde İkbal'in Tanrı'nın varlığına ilişkin kanıtları eleştirel olarak ele almasını ve değerlendirmesini tartıştık. Bu bölümde İkbal'in özellikle ontolojik, kozmolojik ve teleolojik kanıtları zayıf bulduğunu ve Tanrı'nın varlığı lehinde kullanılabilecek kanıtlar olarak değerlendirmediğini gözlemledik. Bununla birlikte İkbal'in Tanrı-evren ilişkisi içinde yararlı bir kanıt olarak dinsel deneyimi kabul ettiğini ve onun gerektirdiği dini epistemolojiyi ayrıntılı olarak tartışmaya çalıştık. Özellikle İkbal'in dinsel deneyimle kimliksiz bir evrensel ilkeye değil, kimliği olan bir Zat fikrine ulaşmasının önemi üzerinde durduk. Tez çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünü oluşturan Tanrı'nın mahiyeti ve Tanrı-evren ilişkisinde ise İkbal'in Önem atfettiği benlik fikri etrafında Tanrı'nın aşkın ve içkin yönü üzerinde durmaya çalıştık. İkbal'de öne çıkan bu çift kutuplu organik birliğin, İkbal'in felsefesinde önemli bir yere sahip olan, birlik içinde farklılığın vurgulanması açısından ne kadar önemli olduğu üzerinde durduk. Bu bölümde Tanrı'nın içkin mahiyetini açıklar nitelikte olan yaratma ve bilmeyi genel hatları ile konumuz içerisinde tartıştık ve Tanrı-evren ilişkisini bir bütün şeklinde süreççi bakış açısıyla ele alamaya gayret gösterdik. Çalışmamız neticesinde, batılı panenteistlerden farklı olarak, panenteizm konusunda İkbal'in de önemli bir yere sahip olduğunu ve İkbal'in, özellikle süreç düşüncesiyle İslam kelamına getirmiş olduğu düşüncelerin kendi bağlamlarında yenilikçi bir öz taşıdığını göstermeye çalıştık.

ABSTRACT We discussed Mohammad Iqbal's criticizing views for the arguments of the Existence of God in the first chapter of this two chapter study named 'Mohammad Iqbal's view of God'. In the first chapter, we observed that Iqbal stated that the arguments for the ontological, cosmological and teleological were unsatisfactory and can not be accepted as the evidence for the existence of God. We, however, tried to discuss in detail that Iqbal's acceptance that the religious experience could be a beneficial argument for relationship between God-universe and its requiring religious epistemology. We especially emphasized the importance of the Iqbal's conclusion to reach on the idea of personal individuality but not a universal principle without personality with religious experience. In the second chapter including the essence of God and God- universe relationship, we tried to point the Iqbal's idea on the transcendent and immanent aspects of God around the ego. We stressed the difference within the unity which is an important point for the philosophy of Iqbal in the two-pointed organic unity. We also discussed the outlines of the creation and cognition that explaining the immanent of God in our subject, and we tried to estimate God-universe relationship as a whole point of view process. At the conclusion of this study, we tried to exhibit that Iqbal had an important place in the panentheism-different from the western panentheists- and he brought the ideas which had a reformist core for the Islamic theology.
