Gebelik ve Gebelik Sonrası Dönemdeki Kadınların Uyum Düzeyleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, gebelik ve gebelik sonrası dönemdeki kadınların uyum düzeylerini incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklem grubu toplam 106 gebe kadından oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada gebelik ve gebelik sonrası dönemdeki kadınların uyum düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla ?Hacettepe Kişilik Envanteri?, ?Kişisel Bilgi Formu A? ve ?Kişisel Bilgi Formu B? kullanılmıştır. Envanter örneklem grubuna gebelik dönemi ve gebelik sonrası dönem olarak iki kez uygulanmıştır.Gebelik ve gebelik sonrası dönemdeki kadınların uyum düzeylerinin değerlendirildiği çalışmada örneklem grubunun gebelik dönemi ve gebelik sonrası dönemlerine ait uyum puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olup olmadığının belirlenmesi için İlişkili Örneklemler t-Testi kullanılmıştır.Araştırmanın bulgularında, kadınların gebelik döneminde ve gebelik sonrası dönemde Hacettepe Kişilik Envanteri'nden aldıkları puan ortalamaları karşılaştırıldığında, gebelik dönemi ?genel uyum düzeyi? ile gebelik sonrası dönem ?genel uyum düzeyi? arasında, gebelik dönemi ?kişisel uyum düzeyi? ile gebelik sonrası dönem ?kişisel uyum düzeyi? arasında ve gebelik dönemi ?duygusal kararlılık düzeyi? ile gebelik sonrası dönem ?duygusal kararlılık düzeyi? arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır. ?Kendini gerçekleştirme düzeyi?, ?sosyal uyum düzeyi?, ?aile ilişki düzeyi?, ?sosyal ilişki düzeyi?, ?sosyal normlara uyma düzeyi? alt boyutlarında ise her iki dönem arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır.Elde edilen bulgular literatür ışığında yorumlanmış ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.Anahtar Sözcükler: Uyum, Gebelik, Gebelik SonrasıThe aim of this research is to examine the adjustment levels of the women who are in the pregnancy and postpartum period. The exemplification group of the research is composed of totaly 106 pregnant women. In the research, ?Hacettepe Personality Inventory?, ?Personal Inquiry Form A?? and ?Personal Inquiry Form B?? were used with the aim of determining to the adjustment levels of the women who are in the pregnancy and postpartum period. Inventory was applied twice for the exemplification group as a pregnancy period and postpartum period.In the study in which the adjustment levels were evaluated of the women who are in the pregnancy and postpartum period, the t-test of the related samples was used to determine whether there is a significant difference or not between the adjustment point means which is related to the pregnancy period and postpartum period of the exemplification group.When the arithmetical mean, were gained from ?Hacettepe Personality Inventory? applied for the women who are in the pregnancy and postpartum period, was compared with the findings of the research, the significant difference was established statistically among the pregnancy period ?general adjustment level? and the postpartum period ?general adjustment level? and the pregnancy period ?personal adjustment level? and the postpartum period ?personal adjustment level? and the pregnancy period ?sentimental fixity level? and the postpartum period ?sentimental fixity level?. ?Self-actualization level?, ?social adjustment level?, ?family relation level?, ?social relation level? and the ?adjustment level of the social norms? are in the sub level, a significant diffrence can?t find statistically between the both terms.The handed information was paraphrased as literature and given suggestions.Key Words: Adjustment, Pregnancy, Postpartum.
