dc.description.abstractThe difficulties encountered in organizational activities during the digital transformation process should be clearly defined and examined. In this way, a concrete step is taken on the contextual effect of organizational innovation. The current qualitative review study draws attention to organizational difficulties faced by industrial enterprises and focuses on solving problems from the perception of organizational innovation during the digital transformation process. In this context, a review was conducted on the literature of organizational innovation, digital transformation and organizational difficulties in the industry. The identified difficulties were grouped and analyzed from the perspectives of labor, management, and supply chain. The findings of the literature review show that the relationships between organizational innovation factors and organizational functioning in order to solve the difficulties encountered by industrial enterprises during the digital transformation process require in-depth research on the specific problems. The study is anticipated to serve as a foundational compilation at a generalized conceptual level, providing a structured overview of organizational challenges within the digital transformation context. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.en_US
