Publication: Life Kinetik Antrenmanlarının Futbolcu Performansları Üzerindeki Etkilerinin İncelenmesi
Abstract
Reaktif çeviklik, life kinetik süre ve life kinetik puan öntest değerlerinde gruplar arasında anlamlı farklılık saptanmazken (p>0,05), sontest değerlerinde deney grubu lehine anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Bulgular neticesinde ölçülen tüm performans parametrelerinin öntest ve sontest farklarının karşılaştırılmasında gruplar arasında deney grubu lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak futbolculara yaptırılan 12 haftalık life kinetik antrenmanlarının illinois çeviklik, y reaktif çeviklik, life kinetik beceri parkuru süre ve life kinetik beceri parkuru puan değerlerini artırmaktadır.
The aim of this study is to examine the effects of life kinetic training performed regularly for 12 weeks on the illinois agility, reactive agility and life kinetic parkour test (ball control and passing skills) of football players. 70 male football players who play football actively in the Samsunspor football academy and train at least six times a week voluntarily participated in the study. The football players were randomly divided into two groups as the experimental group (who did life kinetic training) (n=40) and the control group (who did not do life kinetic training) (n=30). In addition to routine club training for 12 weeks, life kinetic training sessions created by the researchers in the experimental group were applied for 15 minutes, 2 days a week, immediately after warming up, while the control group only participated in routine club training. 'Illinois agility test', 'y-reactive agility test' and 'life kinetic skill parkour', which includes ball control and passing skills, were applied to both experimental and control groups before and after the 12-week period. Pretest and posttest measurements of all performances were carried out at the same time (15:00-17:00). SPSS 21 package program was used in the statistical analysis of the data. Paired sample T test was used for the difference between the pretest and posttest in the data, and the Independent-samples T test was used for the statistics of the differences between the groups. In the study, a statistically significant difference was found between the pretest and posttest values of both the experimental group and the control group (within group) in Illinois agility, y-reactive agility and life kinetic skill parkour (time/points) values (p<0.05). In addition, no statistically significant difference was found between the groups in Illinois agility performance in both pretest and posttest values (p>0.05). While no significant difference was found between the groups in reactive agility, life kinetic time and life kinetic score pretest values (p>0.05), a significant difference was found in favor of the experimental group in posttest values (p<0.05). As a result of the findings, a statistically significant difference was found between the groups in favor of the experimental group in the comparison of the pretest and posttest differences of all measured performance parameters (p<0.05). As a result, illinois agility, y-reactive agility, life kinetic skill parkour time and life kinetic skill parkour point values of 12-weeks life kinetic training given to football players increase.
