İlahiyat Fakültesi Öğrencilerinde Kadın Algısı

Abstract

Endüstri devriminin getirmiş olduğu kadın ve din kimliklerinin yeniden tartışılmaya açılmasıyla birlikte günümüzde zaman zaman din-kadın konuları tartışılmaktadır. Bu araştırma, özellikle din-kadın tartışmalarının noktasındaki kurumların başında gelen ve din öğretiminin verildiği İlahiyat Fakültesinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin kadın algısını ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini İlahiyat Fakültesi öğrencileri oluştururken örneklemini Bingöl Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi ve Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesinde öğrenim görmekte olan 735 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak, Gülmez vd., tarafından geliştirilen 'Üniversite Öğrencilerinde Kadın Algısı Ölçeği' kullanılırken, uygulama 2018-2019 güz dönemi sonunda yapılmıştır. Bingöl Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi ve Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi İlahiyat Fakültesi'nde öğrenim görmekte olan öğrencilerin kadın algı düzeyleri tespit edilmiş ve algı düzeyleri cinsiyet, okul, sınıf, kardeş sayısı, yerleşim yeri, ailenin aylık gelir düzeyi ve kadınla ilgili herhangi bir STK'ya üye olup olmadığına göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip göstermediği araştırılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde t-testi ve varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre öğrencilerin kadın algısı ortalama puanı ile cinsiyet, okul, kardeş sayısı ve ailenin aylık gelir düzeyi değişkenleri arasında anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmıştır. Ölçek dışında dini algıya yönelik hazırlamış olduğumuz sorularda ise, cinsiyet ve okul değişkenine göre kay-kare analizi yapılmıştır.

With the reopening of the discussions about the identities of religion and woman brought by the industrial revolution, religion and woman issues are discussed from time to time today. This research aims to reveal the perception of woman among the students of the Faculty of Theology, which is one of the leading institutions in the point of religion-woman discussions. While the Faculty of Theology students compose the universe of this study, the sample of the study consists of 735 students studying at the Faculties of Theology at Bingöl University and Ondokuz Mayıs University. 'Woman Perception Scale for University Students' which was developed by Gülmez et al. was used as data collection tool and the questionnaire was conducted at the end of 2018-2019 fall semester. Bingöl University Faculty of Theology students' and Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Theology students' perception of woman was identified and whether or not their perception levels varied according to their gender, school, class, number of siblings, the place they live, the monthly income level of their families and membership of any NGO related to woman issues was searched. T-test and variance analysis were used to analyze the data. According to the results of the analysis, a significant difference was found between the average score of general perception of woman the gender, the school and number of siblings and the monthly income level of their families. Apart from the scale, in the questions prepared for the religious perceptions chi-square analysis was used according to gender and school. kardeş sayısı fazla olan öğrencilerin kardeş sayısı az olanlara göre kadın algı düzeylerinin daha olumlu olduğu yönünde yorum yapılabilir.
