Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi Keman Eğitimi Sürecinde Yaşanan Sorunlara İlişkin Öğretmen Görüşleri

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, Güzel Sanatlar Liselerinde (GSL) eğitim veren keman öğretmenlerinin karşılaştıkları mesleki problemlerini belirlemek ve bu problemleri yönetmelik, öğretim programı, giriş sınavları, fiziki şartlar, araç ve gereçler, ders kitapları, yardımcı kaynaklar, yönetici, öğretmen, öğrenci, veli, diğer dersler açısından incelemektir. Araştırma tarama modelinde, betimsel nitelikte bir alan çalışmasıdır. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye'deki GSL; örneklemini ise 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılında 7 coğrafi bölgeden rastlamsal yöntemlerle belirlenmiş Siirt Takasbank, Gaziantep Ticaret Odası, Samsun İlkadım, Giresun, Van, Erzurum Yakutiye, Konya Çimento, Ankara, Kocaeli/Başiskele, Ayvalık Sebahat Cihan, Kütahya Ahmet Yakupoğlu, İzmir Ümran Baradan, Aydın Yüksel Yalova, Mersin Nevit Kodallı, Antalya Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası, Kahramanmaraş GSL'deeğitim veren 19 keman öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın sonuçlarında GSL'de eğitim veren keman öğretmenlerinin karşılaştığı mesleki problemlerinin, yönetmelikten, ders kitaplarından, öğrenciden, veliden, ders saatinden ve araç gereçlerden dolayı ortaya çıktığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yönetmelikten dolayı ortaya çıkan başlıca problemlerin; bireysel derslerin tek öğrenci ile yapılmaması (ders içinde birden fazla öğrenci olması), ders kitaplarından dolayı ortaya çıkan başlıca problemlerin; ellerinde bulunan bu kitapların içeriğinin yeterli olmaması, öğrenciden dolayı ortaya çıkan başlıca problemlerin; GSL'ye gelen öğrencilerin yüksek diploma puanlarının olmaması ve hazırbulunuşluklarının eksik olması, velilerden dolayı ortaya çıkan başlıca problemlerin; velilerin öğrencinin okul içi durumuyla yeterince ilgilenmemesi, okul toplantılarını ciddiye almaması ve disiplinsiz çocuk yetiştirmesi, ders saatinden dolayı ortaya çıkan başlıca problemlerin; haftalık bireysel çalgı dersi için ders saatinin yetersiz kalması, araç gereçlerden dolayı ortaya çıkan başlıca problemlerin ise maddi yetersizlikten alınamayan enstrümanlar, alınan enstrümanların kalitesiz akort tutmamasının geldiği tespit edilmiştir.

The purpose of the research is to determine proffessional problems confronted by violin instructors educating in Fine Arts High Schools and to examine these problems in terms of regulations, curriculum, entrance exams, physical conditions, tools and materials, course books, study aids, school principal, instructors, students, parents and other lessons. The research is a field work having descriptive quality in scan model. Fine Arts High Schools in Turkey comprised the population of the research; 19 violin instructors, educating in Siirt Takasbank, Gaziantep Ticaret Odası, Samsun İlkadım, Giresun, Van, Erzurum Yakutiye, Konya Çimento, Ankara, Kocaeli Başiskele, Ayvalık Sebahat Cihan, Kütahya Ahmet Yakupoğlu, İzmir Ümran Baradan, Aydın Yüksel Yalova, Mersin Nevit Kodallı, Antalya Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası, Kahramanmaraş Fine Arts High Schools, determined with random methods from 7 regions in 2019-2020 Academic year comprised the sampling of the research. As a result of the research it was concluded that the Professional problems confronted by violin instructors educating in Fine Arts High Schools arose because of regulations, course books, students, parents, lesson durations and tools and materials, it was determined that the main problems arose from the regulations were that individual lessons cannot be done wiht a single student (more than one student in the class); the main problems arose from the course books were that the content of these books wasn't enough; the main problems arose from the students were that the students coming to Fine Arts High Schools to study didn't have high diploma grade and they had insufficient readiness the main problems arose from the parents were that they didn't pay enough attention to in school conditions of the students, underestimated the meetings and raised their kids without discipline; the main problems arose from the lesson durations were that the lesson durations fort he weekly individual musical instrument lesson weren't enough; the main problems arose from the tools and marerials were that the musical instruments cannot be bought because of financial difficulty, the musical instruments bought were of poor quality and cannot ve tuned.
