Terme Çayı İle Akçay Arasındaki Kalan Sahanın Kıyı Morfolojisi ve Kıyı Kullanımı

Abstract

özellikleri ile kıyı kullanımı arasındaki ilişkileri analiz ederek, doğal dengeyi bozmadan bu alanlardan yararlanma yollarını tespit etmektir.Araştırma sahası Karadeniz Bölgesinin Orta Karadeniz bölümünün kıyı kesiminde, doğuda Akçay ile batıda Terme Çayı arasında kalmaktadır. Sahanın güneyi 100 m. izohipsi ile sınırlandırılmıştır.Bu çalışmada coğrafya araştırma yöntem ve ilkeleri esas alınarak, sahanın morfolojik Özellikleri ile mevcut kullanım şekilleri tespit edilmiş ve bu özelliklerin beşeri faktörlerle olan ilişkileri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla öncelikle araştırma sahası ile ilgili literatür taraması yapılmış, gerekli dokümanlar ilgili kurum ve kuruluşlardan elde edilmiştir. Sahanın daha iyi tanınması amacıyla arazide gözlem ve incelemeler yapılmıştır.Araştırma sahasında, Terme Çayının doğusunda yer alan Yalı Mahallesinin güneyinden Akçay'a kadar uzanan kıyı bölgesinde, kıyı kanununa uygun olmayan, yetersiz alt yapıya sahip hızlı bir yapılaşma söz konusudur. Özellikle kıyıda yer alan yerleşim alanlarında ikincil konut yapımı son yıllarda giderek artmaktadır. Bu durum birtakım kıyı sorunlarının yaşanmasına ve kıyı ekosisteminde tahribata neden olmaktadır.Doğal dengeyi bozmadan kıyı alanlarından yararlanmak ve mevcut sorunları azaltmak için kıyı ile ilgili yasal düzenlemelerin etkin bir şekilde yürütülmesi gerekmektedir.Anahtar kelimeler: Morfoloji, Kıyı Kullanımı, Nüfus, Terme, AkçayThe aim of this study is to analysis the relationship between the morphologicproperties of the area between Teme Creek and Akgay and the usage of the coastthen to find the ways of benefiting from this areas without disturbing the naturalbalance,The study field is located in the coast of middle Black sea of Black sea Region,between Akgay at the east and Teme creek at the west The Southern part of thefield is limited by the 100 m isohips.At this study on the base of the geographical research principles and the presentways of the usage is determined and the relationship between these properties andhuman being factors is tried to be exposed. For this aim, first the literature wassearched throughly and the related documents was taken from the relatedinstitutions. Researches and analyses were done on the field to get know it.At the study field, at the coast which is extend between Akgay creek and southernof the Yali Ward, at the east of Terme Creek, there is a rapid building which hasin sufficrent substmcture and which is improper to coast 1ow.Especially at thesettling fields at the coast seconder residence building is increasing gradually.This case causes some problems abaut the coast and destruction at the coastecosystem.Without disturbing the natural balance for benefiting from the coast fields anddecreasing the present problems the legal arrangement about the coast should beadministered effectively.Key words : Morphology, Coast using, Population, Terme, Akgay
