Yeni Doğanda Bilateral Lacrimal Kese Abesi: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Yenidoğan döneminde bilateral akut dakriosistit, periorbital sellülit ve abse oluşumu nadiren görülen klinik tablolardır. Bu çalışmada, doğumundan 1 hafta sonra, iki gözde kızarıklık ve çapaklanma yakınması ile başlayıp bilateral fistülize lakrimal kese absesine dönüşen bir olgunun klinik özellikleri ve tedavi sonuçları sunulmuştur.Bilateral acute dacryocystitis, orbital cellulites and abcess formation is a rare clinical condition in newborn period. In this study, the clinical findings and the results of treatment of a case with bilateral fistulizated lacrimal sac abscess who had complaints such as bilateral conjunctival hyperemia and mukopurulent discharge were started one week after the birth, were presented.
