Türk Süsleme Sanatları Açısından Geleneksel Akçaabat Yöresi Kıyafetleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Trabzonun önemli ilçesi Akçaabat yöresinin geleneksel kıyafetleri konu edinilmiştir. Araştırma ile yöre insanına ait geleneksel kıyafetleri, bu kıyafetlerin tasarım ve tezyinine etki eden kültürel fark türleri süreç odaklı olarak ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma, temel olarak üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde tezin konusu, amacı, yöntemi, Akçaabat'ın tarihi ve coğrafyası, Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi incelenmiştir. İkinci bölüm 'Türk Süsleme Sanatları Açısından Geleneksel Akçaabat Yöresi Kıyafetleri' başlığı altında tespit edebildiğimiz kıyafet öğeleri kadın ve erkek kıyafetleri şeklinde kataloglanarak incelenmiştir. Son bölümde ise karşılaştırmalar yapılarak konu etraflıca değerlendirilmiş ve bir takım sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Kültürel mirasa sahip çıkmak ve bu mirası gelecek nesillere sağlıklı bir şekilde aktarmak bir milletin bekasıyla ilgili önemli bir husustur. Ulaşım ve iletişim alanında yaşanan gelişmeler, küreselleşme olgusu milli ve yerel kültürler üzerinde tahrifata sebep olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda milli ve yerel kıyafetler egemen çevrelerden sınır tanımayan moda rüzgarına yenik düşmüştür. Böylelikle geçmişte milli kimliğin bir simgesi olarak görülen giyim kuşam, yerini günün modasına uygun giysilere terketmeye başlamıştır. Bu çalışma ile Akçaabat yöresi kılık-kıyafetlerine ilişkin örnekler tespit edilip kayıt altına alınarak gelecek nesillere önemli bir veri bırakılmak hedeflenmiştir

In this study, traditional costumes of Akçaabat region, which is one of Trabzon's important districts, are mentioned. Along with this research, it is aimed to demonstrate the costumes of local people and the cultural differences which affects the design and the decoration of these costumes in a process-oriented manner. This study consists of three parts basically. In the introduction section, the thesis' subject, aim, method, history and geography of Akçaabat, and Eastern Black Sea Region are examined. In the second section, the factor of clothing that we can identify under the title of 'Clothes of Akçaabat Region in terms of Turkish Decorative Arts' are studied by cataloging them as men's and women's clothes. In the last section, this subject has been evaluated thoroughly by making comparisons and some conclusions have been reached. Maintaining cultural heritage and transferring this heritage to future generations correctly is an important matter regarding the survival of a nation. Recent developments in transportation and communication and the phenomenon of globalization lead to distortions on national and local cultures. In this sense, national and local clothes have succumbed to the illimitable fashion fads. Hereby, apparel, which was seen as a symbol of national identity in the past, began to give its place to the fashionable clothes of modern-day. With this study, it was aimed to leave significant data for future generations by identifying and recording samples of Akçaabat region's costumes.
