Hipertiroidide Asistoli ve Atrioventriküler Tam Blok: Bir Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Hipertiroidizmde çoğu supraventriküler tipte olmak üzere çeşitli aritmiler görülebilir. Atrioventriküler tam blok ve asistoli ise nadiren gözlenen aritmilerdir. Bu olgu bildirisinde, sinüs taşikardisi, asistoli, supraventriküler taşikardi, idionodal ritm ve atrioventriküler tam blok gelişen 58 yaşındaki bir bayan hasta sunuldu. Toksik multinodüler guatr'ı olan ve hipertiroidi dışında aritmilerini açıklıyacak başka bir neden bulunamayan hastada antitiroid tedaviden sonra tiroid hormonları normal değerlerine ulaşmış, buna rağmen tekrarlayan atrioventriküler tam blok ve asistoli atakları olmuştur.

It were seen various arrhytmias with hypertyroidism that most of them were supraventricular origin. The arrhytmias such as complete atrioventricular block and asystoli are rarely seen. In this case report a 58-year old female patient who has developed sinus tachycardia, idionodal rhytm and complete atrioventricular block in the clinical course of her illness, was presented. After antithyroidal treatment thyroid hormones have reached to the normal values in the patient who has toxic multinodular goiter and no reason except hyperthyroidism explaining the arrhytmias. In spite of that the episodes of recurrent complete atrioventricular block and asystoli have been existed.
