Publication: Hemodiyaliz Tedavisi Gören Hastaların Psikolojik İyi Oluş ve Algılanan Sosyal Destek Düzeylerinin İncelenmesi
Abstract
Amaç: Hemodiyaliz tedavisi gören hastaların psikolojik iyi oluş ve algılanan sosyal destek düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Bu araştırmanın örneklemini 1 Ekim 2019-1 Şubat 2020 tarihleri arasında Kastamonu Devlet Hastanesi ve Tosya Devlet Hastanesi'ndeki 150 hemodiyaliz hastası oluşturmuştur. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği ve Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri normal dağılıma uygun olmadığı için verilerin analizinde Non parametrik testler: Spearman Korelasyon analizi, Kruskal-Wallis H testi ve Mann-Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hemodiyaliz hastalarının yaş ortalaması 61,92±11,97 olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamındaki hastalarının %57.3'ü erkek, %59.3'ü ilkokul mezunu, %94.7'si çalışmıyor, %77.3'ü evli, %56'sı ilçede yaşamakta, %39.3'ü eşi ile birlikte yaşamakta, %47.3'ü ekonomik durumunu yetersiz algılamaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre hastaların psikolojik iyi oluş düzeyleri ve algılanan sosyal destek düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Erkek hastalar,üniversite mezunu olanlar,medeni durumu evli olanlar, eş ile veya eş ve çocukları ile yaşayanlar ve ekonomik durumunu yeterli algılayanların psikolojik iyi oluş düzeyleri; bu hastalara ek olarak ilçede ve köyde yaşayanların da algılanan sosyal destek düzeyleri daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Hemodiyaliz tedavisi gören hastaların psikolojik iyi oluş ve algılanan sosyal destek düzeyleri belirlenerek gereksinimlerine göre sağlık danışmanlıkları yapılacak girişimler planlanmalıdır ve girişimlerin etkinlikleri değerlendirilmelidir. Aim: It is aimed to determine the psychological well-being of the patients who received hemodialysis treatment and their perceived social support levels. Material and Method: The sample of this study was composed of 150 hemodialysis patients in Kastamonu State Hospital and Tosya State Hospital between October 1, 2019 and February 2020. The research is a descriptive study in the relational screening model. In the research, Personal Information Form, Psychological Well-Being Scale and Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale were used as data collection tools. Non-parametric tests were used in the analysis of the data since the data of the study were not suitable for normal distribution: Spearman Correlation analysis, Kruskal-Wallis H test and Mann-Whitney U test. Results: The average age of hemodialysis patients participating in the study was determined as 61.92 ± 11.97. 57.3% of the patients in the study are male, 59.3% are primary school graduates, 94.7% are not working, 77.3% are married, 56% live in the district, 39.3% live with their spouse, 47.3% perceives insufficiently. According to the results of the research, a moderate statistically significant relationship was found between the psychological well-being levels and perceived social support levels of the patients. Psychological well-being levels of male patients, university graduates, those whose marital status is married, those living with their spouse or spouse and children, and those who perceive their economic status adequately; In addition to these patients, perceived social support levels of those living in the district and village were found higher. Conclusion: Psychological well-being and perceived social support levels of patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment should be determined, and interventions should be planned according to their needs, and the effectiveness of interventions should be evaluated.
