IV İKİ FARKLI SICAKLIĞIN Acanthoscelides obtectus Say (Coleoptera: Bruchüdae)'UN TOPLAM KARBOHİDRAT, PROTEİN VE LİPİD MİKTARINA ETKİLERİ ÖZET Bir hububat zararlısı olan Acanthoscelides obtectus 'un toplam karbonhidrat, protein ve lipid miktarına iki farklı sıcaklığın etkileri araştırıldı. Denemeler 20 ve 30°C sıcaklık ve, % 60+ 5 bağıl nem şartlarında yapıldı. Çalışmalar sırasında herhangi bir fotoperyot rejimi uygulanmadı. Toplam karbohidrat, protein ve lipid miktarları 20°Cdeki dişiler için sırasıyla 61,74 ug/birey, 35,77 ug/birey, 83.79 ug/birey iken, erkekler için 34,49 ug/birey, 29,53 ug/birey, 57.98 ug/birey olarak tespit edildLDenenen diğer sıcaklık derecesinde (30°C) dişiler için toplam karbonhidrat, protein ve lipid miktarları sırasıyla 92,00 ug/birey, 42,18 ug/birey, 83.26 ug/birey, erkekler için bu değerler 43,34 ug/birey, 34,08 ug/birey, 52.19 ugr/birey bulundu. EFFECTS OF TWO DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES ON TOTAL CARBOHYDRATE, PROTEIN AND LIPID AMOUNTS OF Acanthoscelides obtectus (Say) (Coleoptera: Bruchiidae) ABSTRACT Effects of two different temperatures on total carbohydrate, protein and lipid amounts of Acanthoscelides obtectus that is a common cereals harmful have been investigated. Studies have been carried out under the laboratory conditions at 20±2°C, 30±2°C, and 60±5 % relative humidity. A spesific photoperiodic regimen have not been used throughout the studies. Total carbohydrates, proteins and lipids amounts for females at 20°C, were 61,74 ug/invidual, 35,77 ug/inviduaL 83.79 ug/invidual respectively, whereas the same amounts for males were 34,94 ug/invidual, 29,53 ug/inviduaL 57,98 ug/invidual respectively. At the other temperature degree (30°C) total carbohydrates, proteins and lipids amounts for females were 92,00 ug/invidual, 42,18 Ug/inviduaL 83.26 ug/invidual respectively, the same amounts for males were 43,34 ug/inviduaL 34,08 ug/invidual, 52.19 ug/invidual respectively.
