Two Vitaly Consept of Measurement Instruments: Validity And Reliability

Abstract

Reliability and validity are important characteristics of measurement instruments, which are developed for making critical decisions about individuals. Researchers need to be extremely careful in choosing/ using measurement instruments, because those were not examined carefully may cause irreversible results. The purpose of this paper was to inform the researchers about these two concepts and attract their attention on this subject.
