Çarşamba'da Yetiştirilen Dixired Şeftali Çeşidinde Işığın Meyve Kalitesi ve Özgül Yaprak Ağırlığı Gelişimi Üzerine Etkisinin Belirlenmesi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

IV ÇARŞAMBA'DA YETİŞTİRİLEN DİXİRED ŞEFTALİ ÇEŞİDİNDE IŞIĞIN MEYVE KALİTESİ VE ÖZGÜL YAPRAK ALANI GELİŞİMİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİNİN BELİRLENMESİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET Bu araştırma 1997-1998 yıllarında Samsun ili Çarşamba ilçesinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmada ağaçların tacı (kanopi) içerisindeki % PAR dağılımının meyve kalite özellikleri ile özgül yaprak ağırlığı gelişimi üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla deneme ağaçlarının kanopileri içerisinde farklı tarihlerde ışıklarıma ölçülmüş ve bu ölçüm bölgelerinden alınan meyve ve yaprak örnekleri değerlendirilmiştir. Denemede doğu-batı, kuzey-güney yöneylere göre %PAR değerleri önemli farklılıklar göstermezken, bölgelere göre (üst.orta ve alt) ışık dağılımı önemli bulunmuştur. Üst kısımdan alta doğru %PAR miktarı azalma, toplam ışık kesimi ise üstten alta doğru artış göstermiştir. Denemede örneklenen meyvelerde yapılan kalite analizlerinde kanopinin üst kısmından alta doğru SÇKM, meyve ağırlığı, renklenme, antosiyanin içeriği ve meyve eti/çekirdek oranı azalırken meyve eti sertliği ve asit içeriği artmıştır. Araştırmamızda incelenen özgül yaprak ağırlıkları çalışma sezonu boyunca genellikle sabit bir seyir izlemiş, ancak temmuz ortasından sonra artış göstermiştir. A RESEARCH ON DETERMINATION THE FRUIT QUALITY AND DEVELOPMENT OF SPESIFIC LEAF VVEİGHT OF LIGHT INTENSITY IN THE DIXIRED PEACH TREES GROWN IN ÇARŞAMBA ABSTRACT This research was carried out between 1997 and 1998 in Çarşamba in the district of Samsun. İn this study in the canopy of the trees, the effects of PAR% distribution on the properties of fruit quality and the growth of spesific leaf weight were investigated. For this purpose, in the canopy of the trial trees at different dates the light intensity was measured and the fruit and leaf samples obtained from measuring region were evaluated. While the trial's PAR% values hadn't show important differences in the directions respects, the distribution of the light were important in the regions (top, middle, bottom) respect. From top section trough the bottom one PAR% quantity were decreased, however total light interception were increased from top section through the bottom one. At the end of the analys of quality in the fruits exemplified from measuring region. While the water soluble solid matter, the weight of fruit, getting color, the content of anthocyanin and fruit pulp: seed ratio was decreased from top part of the canopy through the bottom one. It's seen the firmness of the fruit pulp and the content of acid increased. In our study, Generally during the working season, the specific leaf weights investigated followed a constant progress, but after the middle of July Ifs shown increasing.
