Abstract
SAMSUN'DA HAVA KİRLİLİĞİNİN MATEMATİKSEL MODELLERLE İNCELENMESİ VE MODELLERİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI ÖZET Hava kirleticilerinin atmosferdeki dağılımını tahmin etmek için değişik difüzyon modelleri geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında Samsun Büyükşehir Belediyesi sınırları dahilinde kükürtdioksit (SO2) konsantrasyonunu tahmin edebilmek için ISCST3 ( Industrial Source Complex-Short Term 3) modeli ve Gauss dispersiyon denklemi geliştirilerek QBASIC dilinde yazılmış bir bilgisayar programı kullanılmıştır. Öncelikle Samsun Büyükşehir Belediyesi dahilinde ısınma ve ulaşımdan kaynaklanan CO, HC, NOx, partikül madde ve SO2'nin yıllık emisyon miktarı QBASIC dilinde yazılmış bir bilgisayar programı yardımı ile hesaplanmıştır. Emisyon miktarı verilerinden yararlanılarak örnek olarak seçilen 1, 2, 3 Ocak ve 1, 2 Ağustos 1998 tarihlerinde ISCST3 ve bu çalışmada geliştirilen bilgisayar programı kullanılarak çalışma alanında kirleticilerin dağılımları hesaplanmıştır. Her iki model sonuçları birbirleri ile ve aynı zamanda Hıfsıssıha Bölge Müdürlüğünce yapılan hava kalitesi ölçüm sonuçları ile karşılaştınlmıştır. Geliştirilen program ve ISCST3 modeli sonuçları dikkate alındığında kirletici konsantrasyonu tahmininde iyi bir yaklaşımda bulunulduğu ve çeşitli kontrol stratejileri için kirletici konsantrasyonu tahmininde kullanılabileceği gösterilmiştir. ABSTRACT Different diffusion models have been improved for the assumption of the dispersion of air pollution in atmosphere. In this work, a computer program which has written in QBASIC by improving the Gauss dispersion equation and an ISCST3 (Industrial Service Complex-Short Term 3) model have been used for the assumption of concentration of sulphur dioxide (SO2) around The Samsun Metropolitan City. Firstly, the amount of annual emissions of CO, HC, NOx, particulate matter and SO2 which arise from the heating and the transportation around The Samsun Metropolitan City have been estimated by the computer program improved from QBASIC. By taking advantage from the emission results, the distribution of the pollution in the city of Samsun in first, second and third of January and in first and second August 1998 have been calculated by ISCST3 models and by improved QBASIC programs. At the same time, our results have been compared with the results measured by The District Hygiene Administration of Samsun. When it is focused on the results obtained from the improved QBASIC and ISCST3 models, it can be seen that this is a very good assumption in undertaking of pollution concentrations, and it is showed that these programs can be used for the assumption of pollution concentrations in different pollution control strategies.
