Publication: Bursa İli Yıldırım İlçesi Cumalıkızık Köyünde Kırsal Turizm Çalışmalarının Kırsal Kalkınma Açısından Değerlendirilmesi
Abstract
Araştırmanın amacı, son yıllarda kırsal kalkınmada önemli bir araç olarak kullanılan kırsal turizmin Bursa İli Yıldırım İlçesi Cumalıkızık Köyünde mevcut durumunun tespit edilmesi, köydeki kırsal turizm faaliyetlerinin belirlenmesi, kırsal turizmin yöre halkının kalkınmasına olan katkılarının belirlenmesi ve bu katkının artırılması için alınması gereken önlemlerin ortaya konulmasıdır. Araştırmanın ana materyalini Bursa İli Yıldırım İlçesi Cumalıkızık Köyünde faaliyet gösteren kırsal turizm işletmecileri ve kırsal turizm merkezine gelmiş ziyaretçilerle yapılan anketler oluşturmaktadır. Yapılan araştırmada satıcıların %70'ini kadınlar oluşturmakta olup eğitim oranları oldukça düşüktür. Satıcıların köye gelen gelen yabancı ziyaretçilerden yerli ziyaretçilere göre daha çok memnun oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Ancak satıcılar köye olan ulaşım olanaklarından pek mumnun kalmadıklarını belirtmiştir. Köye hizmet veren belediyeden, köydeki kooperatif hizmetlerinden ve köyün sit alanı olmasından memnuniyet durumları sorulduğunda kararsız oldukları görülmüştür. Araştırmanın diğer bölümü olan ziyaretçiler ile ilgili olan analizlerde, ziyaretçilerin %62,6 sını kadınlar oluşturmaktadır. Ziyaretçilerin köyde yapacakları harcamalar satıcıların gelirlerinde doğrudan etki edecektir. Ziyaretçilerin aylık gelirleri ortalama 2876 TL olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ziyaretçiler, ziyarette ortalama 66 tl harcamayı düşünmektedirler. Ziyaretçilere destinasyon merkezinden memnuniyet durumları sorulduğunda ziyaretçilerin yerel halka karşı duyarlılığı en fazla memnun kaldıkları durum olmuştur. Ziyaretçiler yerel ürün fiyatları konusunda da kararsız olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Günümüzde kırsal turizm çalışmaları ile kırsal kalkınmanın desteklenmesi hedeflenmektedir. Böylelikle kırsal alanlardaki insanların refah seviyeleri arttırılarak, köyden kente göçünde önüne geçilmesi hedeflenmektedir. The primary purpose of this research is to evaluate rural tourism activities which are used as an important tool in rural development in Cumalıkızık Village of Yıldırım District of Bursa Province. The specific objectives were to determine the rural tourism activities in the village, to determine the contribution of rural tourism to the development of local people and to put forward the necessary measures to increase this contribution. The main material of the research consists of surveys conducted with rural tourism operators and visitors who came to rural tourism center in Cumalıkızık Village of Yıldırım District of Bursa Province. In the research, 70% of the sellers are women and the education rates are very low. It was found that the sellers were more satisfied with the foreign visitors coming to the village than the domestic visitors. However, the sellers stated that they were not satisfied with the transportation possibilities to the village. When sellers asked about the satisfaction of the municipality serving the village, the cooperative services in the village and the fact that the village was a protected area, they were found to be undecided. In the analysis related to the visitors revealed that 62.6% of the visitors were women. The expenditures of the visitors in the village will have a direct impact on the revenues of the sellers. The monthly income of the visitors is calculated as 2876 TL. Visitors are planning to spend 66 TL on average. When visitors were asked about their satisfaction with the destination center, the sensitivity of the visitors towards the local population had the highest score. Visitors also indicated that they were undecided about local product prices. The study concludes that rural development should be supported through tourism studies. Thus, it can prevent the migration of people from rural to urban areas by increasing their welfare levels in rural areas. It is expected that rural tourism activities will be done better and the number of tourists going to the region will be increased.
