Bazı Orkidelerde Mikrorizal Fungusların (Rhizoctonia Spp.) Tesbiti

Abstract

In this study. the mycorrhizal fungi belonging to Rhizoctonia spp. isolated from the orchids cultivated naturaily in Karadeniz region and close surroundings were tried to be identified. During the studies. firstly it has been determined that these isolates belonged to genus Rhizoctonia. Then. of these. 27 were binücleate (BN). and 1 0 multinucleate (MN). Flax. Fpal. Furv from BN isolates were identified as R. repens. Fosma. Fiber as R. anaticula and also those being MN as R. solani.
