Nose is prone to trauma because of its prominent position. Although nasal fractures are usually seen with other facial fractures, they also may be isolated. Early and late complication of nasal fractures are important both aesthetically and functionally. Isolated nasal fractures are usually treated by closed reduction. Between 1993 and 1995, 12 patients with isolated nasal fractures were treated by closed reduction. During the 6 to 24 months follow up, no complication has been seen.en_US
