Şîrî'nin Manzûm Ferâ'iz-nâmesi (Çeviri Yazılı Metin)

Abstract

Bu çalışma, İslam miras hukuku olarak da adlandırılan ferâiz ilmi konusunda yazılmış olan Şȋrȋ'nin Manzûm Ferâ'iz-nâmesi adlı eser üzerinde yapılmıştır. Eser hakkında bilgi elde etmek için öncelikle kütüphanelerin internet ortamındaki katalogları, arşivleri incelenmiştir. Ardından eser ile ilgili yazılmış kitap, makale, tez, ansiklopedi maddesi gibi çalışmalar gözden geçirilmiş ve bu kaynaklardan yararlanılmıştır. Bu işlemlerden sonra eser iki bölüm ve eklerden oluşan başlıklar altından incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde çalışma boyunca izlenen yollar, yöntemler ve aşamalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Şîrî hakkında kaynaklardan ve Şîrî'ninManzûmFerâ'iz-nâmesi adlı eserinden yola çıkarak elde ettiğimiz veriler ışığında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu bölümde ayrıcamanzumenin şekil ve muhteva özellikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Birinci bölümde son olarak ferâiz ilmi tanıtılmış, Kur'ân ve sünnetteki yeri üzerinde durulmuş ve eserde yer alanferâizleilgili kavramlar açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın asıl ağırlık noktasını ikinci bölüm oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde eser,çeviri yazılı alfabeyle Latin asıllı Türk alfabesineaktarılmıştır. This study was carried out on the work of Şȋrȋ's Manzûm Ferâ'iz-nâmesi, which was written on the science of ferâiz, also called Islamic inheritance law. In order to obtain information about the work, first of all, the catalogs and archives of the libraries on the internet were examined. Then, studies such as books, articles, theses, and encyclopedia articles about the work were reviewed and these sources were used. After these processes, the work was tried to be examined under the titles consisting of two parts and appendices. Intheintroductionpart of ourstudy, information is givenabouttheways, methodsandstagesfollowedthroughoutthestudy. Inthefirstpart of thestudy, informationaboutŞîrîwasgiven in thelight of the data weobtainedfromthesourcesandŞîrî'sManzûmFerâ'iz-nâmesi. Thissectionalsofocuses on the form andcontentfeatures of thepoem. Finally, in thefirstchapter, thescience of ferâiz is introduced, itsplace in theQur'anandthesunnah is emphasized, andtheconceptsrelatedtoferâiz in theworkareexplained. The main focus of our study is the second part. In this section, the work has been transferred to the Latin-based Turkish alphabet with the translated written alphabet. At the end of the study, the original images of the manuscript copy of the work are given.
