Abstract
TRACHYSTEMON ORIENTALS (L.) G. DON. (BORAGINACEAE) ÜZERİNE OTEKOLOJİK VE FENOLOJİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Kurupelit kampus alanı ile Kocadağ T.V istasyonu mevkiinde belirlenmiş, örneklik alanlarda bulunan, Trachystemon orientalis (L.) G. Don. (Boraginaceae) bireylerinin fenolojik ve ekolojik özellikleri, karşılaştırmalı olarak araştırılmıştır. Bunun için, örneklik alanlardaki T. orientalis bireylerinin fenolojik gelişim basamakları ile bu gelişme basamaklarındaki bitki ve toprak örneklerinin % N, % P, % K içerikleri belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, çalışma alanlarında, ağaç katının baskın türünü oluşturan Fagus orientalis L. ve Carpinus orientalis subsp. orientalis Miller fertlerinin, T. orientalis bireylerinin, fenolojik gelişim basamaklarına etkisi, belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. T. orientalis bireylerinden bir kısmı, vejetatif ve generatif gelişim basamaklarının her ikisini de geçirirken, diğer bireylerin sadece vejetatif gelişim basamaklarını geçirdikleri belirlenmiştir. Tür bireylerinin, vejetatif gelişme döneminde, toprak üstü kısımlarındaki % N, % P, % K miktarlarının yüksek, buna karşılık generatif gelişme döneminde ise, toprak altı kısımlardaki % N, % P, % K miktarının, daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, türün yayılış gösterdiği örneklik alanlardaki toprak örneklerinin, % N, % P, % K miktarında; vejetatif gelişme döneminde artış, generatif gelişme döneminde de ise, bir düşüş tespit edilmiştir. Her iki örneklik alandaki, T. orientalis bireylerinin, fenolojik özelliklerinde, örneklik alanlardaki ekolojik farklılıklara bağlı, bazı farklılaşmalar belirlenmiştir. In addition to this the effect of dominant tree species Fagus ohentalis L. and Carpinus ohentalis subsp. ohentalis Miller on the phenological growth phases of T. ohentalis were determined. It has been determined that both vegetative and generative growth phase of some T. ohentalis indivuduals. However only vegetative growth phase was observed during the growth phase above ground parts had higher N %, P % and K % concentrations. However, below ground parts had higher N %, P % and K % concentrations during the generative growth phase. Additionaly N %, P % and K % concentrations were incrased during vegetative growth phase and decreased during generative growth phase in soil samples. However below ground parts had higher N %, P % and K % concentrations during the generative growth phase. Some differences were observed in the phenological properties of T. ohentalis individuals due to the ecological differences. Key words: Trachystemon ohentalis, Autoecology, Phenology
