Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı ortaokullardagörev yapan yöneticilerin müzik dersine ilişkin tutumlarını inceleyerek müzik derslerine okuldaki müzik etkinliklerine ve müzik öğretimine ne ölçüde önem ve katkı sağlayabildiklerini tespit etmek ve çözüm önerileri getirmektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılında Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı Ortaokullarda görev yapan yöneticiler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Türkiye'nin 7 coğrafi bölgesinde basit tesadüfi örnekleme (simplerandomsampling) yöntemi ile seçilen 24 il içerisinden ve yine aynı yöntemle belirlenen 85 ortaokulda görev yapan 221 okul idarecisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen 'Müzik dersine ilişkin tutum ölçeği' ile toplanmıştır. Nicel verilerin istatistiksel çözümlemelerinde SPSS 17.0 paket programından yararlanılmıştır. Nicel veriler Faktör Analizi, Cronbach Alpha Güvenirlik Formülü, KMO ( Kaiser,MayerOlkin) , BTS ( Barlett's Testi), Mann-Whitney U Testi, Kruskal Wallis Testi ile çözümlenmiştir. İstatistik sonuçlar 0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde yorumlanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular sonucunda, ortaokul yöneticilerinin Müzik dersine ilişkin tutumlarında herhangi bir değişim gözlenmemiştir.Bu çerçevede, müzik derslerinin işlevselliğinin artırılması ve idareciler tarafından daha fazla desteklenmesine yönelik öneriler getirilmiştir. The aim of this study is to identify how much importance and contribution are provided for the music activities and teaching music in schools by analyzing the attitutes of secondary school managers working for the Ministry of Education towards music classes and to offer referable solutions. The scope of the research is identified as being secondary school managers in Ministry of Education in 2013 – 2014 Education and Teaching Period. The sample group of the research consists of 221 school managers working in 85 secondary schools chosen with the method of simple random sampling from 24 different provinces in different 7 regions of Turkey. The research data was collected by ' music classes attittude scale ' which was developed by the researcher. To analyze the quantitative data, SPSS 17.0 was used. The data was analyzed by Factor Anaylsis, Cronbach Alpha reliability formula, KMO ( Kaiser Mayer Olkin ) , BTS ( Barlett's Test ) , Mann-Whitney U Test, and Kruskal Wallis Test. The statistical results were evaluated at 0.05 significance level. In the light of obtained information, no change was observed in the attittudes of secondary school managers towards music classes. In this context, suggestions have been made with regard to the increase in functions of music classes and the creation of more support of managers.
