Yüzme Havuzu Kullanan Bireylerin Memnuniyet Düzeyi ve Egzersize Katılım Motivasyonu Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi (Samsun İli Örneği)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Samsun'da yüzme havuzlarını kullanan kişilerin müşteri memnuniyeti ile egzersize katılım motivasyonu arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Bu araştırma, ilişkisel tarama modeli ile yürütülmüş nicel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Samsun ili içinde faaliyet gösteren yüzme havuzlarını kullanan kişiler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya 18 yaş ve üzeri (K:146 E:143) 289 kişi katılmıştır. Tüm istatistiksel analizlerde SPSS 22.0 istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Tüm analizlerde istatistiksel anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Araştırmada Tesis Kullanım Memnuniyeti Ölçeği ve Egzersiz Katılım Motivasyon Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma analizlerine göre katılımcıların cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim düzeyi, gelir düzeyi, tesise üyelik süresi, egzersiz sıklığının tesis memnuniyeti ve egzersiz motivasyonu arasında ayrı veya bir arada olmak üzere anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Cinsiyete göre tesis memnuniyeti alt boyut puanında, yaşa göre tesis memnuniyeti alt boyut puanında, gelir düzeyine göre egzersiz katılım motivasyonu alt boyut puanında ve tesis memnuniyeti alt boyut puanında, eğitim durumuna göre tesis memnuniyeti alt boyut puanında, tesise üyelik süresinin egzersiz motivasyonu tam puanında ve tesis memnuniyeti alt boyut puanında, egzersiz sıklığının egzersiz motivasyonu ve tesis memnuniyeti tam puanında anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, bireylerin tesisten duydukları memnuniyet düzeyinin artması, egzersiz katılım motivasyonlarını olumlu yönde desteklemektedir

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between customer satisfaction and exercise participation motivation of individuals using swimming pools in Samsun. This study is a quantitative research conducted using a relational screening model. The population of the study consists of individuals who use swimming pools in the Samsun province. A total of 289 people (146 female, 143 male) aged 18 and above participated in the study. All statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS 22.0 software package. A significance level of p<0.05 was accepted for all analyses. The Facility Use Satisfaction Scale and the Exercise Participation Motivation Scale were used in the study. According to the research analysis, significant differences were found between participants' gender, age, education level, income level, membership duration, and exercise frequency, either separately or collectively, in terms of facility satisfaction and exercise motivation. Significant differences were found in the facility satisfaction subscale scores based on gender, age, income level, and education level; in the exercise participation motivation subscale scores based on income level; in facility satisfaction and exercise participation motivation scores based on membership duration; and in both exercise participation motivation and facility satisfaction based on exercise frequency. According to the results of the study, an increase in individuals' satisfaction with the facility positively supports their exercise participation motivation.
