Hüdâyî'nin Begzâd İle Ebû Seyf Hikâyesi (Metin-İnceleme)

Abstract

Türk edebiyatında manzum ve mensur olarak binlerce eser yazılmıştır. Bunlardan bir kısmı gün yüzüne çıkarken bir kısmı da hâlen araştırılmayı beklemektedir. Üzerinde çalışılması gereken ve bu alanda eksikliği ziyadesiyle hissedilen konuların biri de mensur hikâyelerdir. Fakat Klasik edebiyatta manzum eserlerin mensur eserlere göre daha çok ilgi görmesi bu konu üzerine gereği kadar durulmamasına neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmamızda, Hüdâyî'nin Begzâd ile Ebû Seyf Hikâyesi adlı eseri incelenmiştir. Hikâye, Türk Edebiyatı nesrinin en önemli özelliklerinden biri sayılan manzum-mensur bir yapıda oluşturulmuştur; mensur metnin içerisinde pek çok şiir bulunmaktadır. Hikâyenin konusu Şekâyî ile Selvi Hân arasındaki beşerî aşka dayanmaktadır. Eserin elimizdeki nüshası İstanbul Üniversitesi Nadir Eserler Kütüphanesinde bulunmaktadır. Mensur hikâyeler alanındaki çalışmaların azlığı ve bu boşluğun bir nebze de olsa doldurulması amacıyla bahsi geçen eser üzerinde bir inceleme yapılmış ardından da hikâyenin transkripsiyonlu metni sunulmuştur. Thousands of works have been written in verse and prose in Turkish literature. While some of them are exposed to the day, some are still waiting to be investigated. One of the most important issues that need to be studied and which is felt in this field is prose stories. The fact that verse works in our literature attracted more attention than prose works led to the lack of emphasis on this subject. In this study, Hudayi's written story with Begzad and Ebu Seyf was examined. The story, which was one of the most important features of Turkish folk literature, prose is formed in a structure of verse and prose; there are many prose poems in the text. The subject of the story, is based on the love story between Şekayi and Selvi Han. This work is available in the Istanbul University Rare Books Library. Our research shows that this story has not been the subject of any scientific studies so far. In order to fill this gap, a study was carried out on the aforementioned work, and then the transcribed text of the story was presented.
