Abstract
Günümüzde teknolojinin gelişmesi ve ürün sayısının artmasıyla birlikte üretim sistemleri karmaşık hale gelmiştir. Bundan dolayı firmaların değişik koşullar altında üretim çizelgeleri oluşturmaları zorlaşmaktadır ve firmalarda çizelgeleme için yeni matematiksel modellere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Ayrıca bu karmaşıklık üretimde birçok probleme sebep olmaktadır. Teslim tarihi belirleme, üretimde yaşanan en büyük problemlerden biridir. Özellikle siparişe göre üretim yapan sistemlerde teslim tarihi belirleme çok önemli bir konudur. Yoğun olarak el becerisi kullanılan çeşitli sanayi kollarında, uzun vadede şirkete olan güveni ve bağlılığı sağlayacak şekilde daha kısa ve erişilebilir teslim tarihlerinin verilmesi diğer firmalarla olan rekabette önemli bir avantaj yaratır. Bu tez çalışmasında, siparişe dayalı üretim yapan ve esnek akış tipi üretime sahip bir işletme ele alınmış ve bu işletmenin en büyük problemlerinden biri olan teslim tarihi belirleyememe sorununa çözüm getirilmiştir. Müşteriler sipariş vermek için geldiklerinde yüksek güvenilirlikte teslim tarihi verilmesinin amaçlandığı çok makineli bir üretim sistemi ele alınmıştır. Bu üretim sistemi, birbirine seri aşamaları olan, bu aşamalardan en az birinde paralel makineler bulunan ve işlerin aynı rotayı takip ettiği bir sistemdir. Teslim tarihi verirken her bir sipariş için kısıtlar vardır ve teslim tarihi keyfi olarak uzatılamamaktadır. Teslim tarihini belirleyebilmek için karma tamsayılı matematiksel modeller geliştirilmiştir. Bu modeller GAMS dilinde yazılmış ve CPLEX çözücü yardımıyla çözülmüştür. Tamamlanma zamanı ve toplam maliyet minimize edilerek hangi siparişin hangi istasyonda hangi makinede hangi sırayla yapılması gerektiği bilgisine ulaşarak siparişler için tamamlanma zamanı belirlenebilmektedir. Geliştirilen bu matematiksel modellerin yüksek doğrulukta teslim tarihi verdiği örnek uygulamayla doğrulanmıştır.
Nowadays, production systems have become complicated with the development of technology and the increase in the number of products. Therefore, it is becoming more difficult to create production schedules under different conditions for companies and new mathematical models are needed for scheduling in companies. Moreover, this complexity causes many problems in production. Due date assignment is one of the biggest problems in production. Especially, the due date assignment is a very important issue for systems that manufacture according to the order. In various industries that are heavily handcrafted, giving shorter and more accessible due dates to provide confidence and loyalty to the company in the long time creates a major advantage over other companies. In this thesis, a company with make-to-order production and flexible flow type production was chosen and the problem of not being able to determine the due date which is one of the biggest problems of this company was solved. When customers come to place an order, a production system with many machines that can deliver due date with high reliability is considered. This production system is a system in which there are serial stages between each other, at least one of these stages has parallel machines, and the jobs follow the same routes. When giving a due date, there are restrictions for each order and the due date can not be arbitrarily extended. Mixed integer mathematical models were developed to determine the due date. These models were written in GAMS language and solved with the help of CPLEX solver. The completion time and total cost can be minimized so that the completion time can be determined for orders by reaching information about which order, which station, which machine, which order. This developed mathematical models were verified with a sample application which gives a high accuracy due date.
