Trabzon Eyaleti'nde Devlet-Postnişîn İlişkileri (1789-1838)

Abstract

Osmanlı sosyal ve ekonomik yapısında önemli bir yere sahip olan tarikatlar ve mensupları ile ilgili olarak 19.yüzyıl başlarında bazı düzenlemeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu düzenlemelerin planlanması, altyapısının oluşturulması ve tatbik edilmesinde Osmanlı yönetimi belli bir program dahilinde hareket etmiştir. Uygulamaya konulan bu düzenlemelerin tatbikine İstanbul ve çevresindeki tekke ve zaviyeler ve bunların mensupları ile başlanmıştır. Bu düzenlemelerin, Anadolu'daki önemli eyaletlerden birisi durumunda bulunan Trabzondaki tasavvuf hayatı üzerinde de etkileri olmuştur. Bununla birlikte, söz konusu düzenlemeler Trabzon Eyaleti'nde, yalnızca tekke-zaviye vakıflarının Evkâf-ı Hümâyûn Nezâreti vasıtasıyla denetim altına alınması ve tekke-zaviyelerin postnişînlik ve tevliyet görevlerine yapılan müdahalelerin önlenmesi hususlarında başarılı olunmasına katkı sağlamıştır. Kapatılan Bektaşi tekke ve zaviyeleri ve bunların mensupları ile ilgili olarak Anadolu ve Balkanlardaki birçok önemli eyalette gerçekleştirilen soruşturmalardan Trabzon Eyaleti dahilindeki şehir ve kasabalardaki tekke ve zaviyeler ise fazla etkilenmemiştir. Some development tried to carr out by Ottoman government related with sufi orders and their followers whom had a significance role on social and economic structure of the Ottoman State in early 19th century. On planning and practisizing of those developments, Ottoman government followed a well designed plan. Started those developments to make practice in İstanbul and it's neighbour places. There were some effects of those, even on the province of Trabzon which as one of the important provinces of Ottoman Anatolia. Although, those developments had a very simply effect. Those successed only on controlled of pious endowments by the Ministry of Evkaf and the avoided the struggles on the of the managements of the of the dervish lodges. The process of the prohibition of the dervish lodges of the Bektaşi order and the judgment of the sheyk and dervishes who were following the rituals of this order had not been effective on the province.
