The gamma irradiated samples of both vacuumed powders and single crystals of (NH<inf>4</inf>)<inf>2</inf>C<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4.</inf>H<inf>2</inf>O and K<inf>2</inf>C<inf>2</inf>O<inf>4.</inf>H<inf>2</inf>O have been investigated by ESR method. The spectra for both these crystals were attributed to RCHOH and CO-<inf>2</inf> radical, respectively, but CO-<inf>2</inf> radical was observed only in the powders in vacuum. Furthermore, A and g values also were found for these samples.en_US
