Pleomorfik Ksantoastrositom; Histopatolojik, Histokimyasal ve İmmünhistokimyasal Özellikleri (Olgu Sunumu)

Abstract

Pleomorfik Ksantoastrositom (PXA) nadir, düşük grade'li bir beyin tümörüdür. Genellikle supratentoryal yerleşimli olan tümör genç hastalarda yüzeyel korteks ve leptomeninkslerin tutulumuna neden olur. Bu makalede sağ temporoparietal yerleşimli PXA 'lu 27 yaşında bayan hasta sunulmuş ve tümörün histopatolojik, histokimyasal ve immünohistokimyasal özellikleri tartışılmıştır.Pleomorphic Xanthoastrocytoma (PXA) is a rare, usually low-grade brain tumor. It is always supratentorial in location and involves the leptomenenges and superficial cortex in the young patients. We pre-sent a PXA ofright temporoparietal in 27 year old female and histological, histochemical and immunohistochemİcal features are discussed.
